Escape The Room - Albuquerque

Very fun, challenging escape room. As theater enthusiasts, we loved the theme. The room itself had some wear and tear to it. A couple of the puzzle pieces were not functional after we solved them. Once the monitor noticed, he would just tell us the solution. The overall game play was slow at first, but it moved along once we got going. We definitely needed some clues from the monitor. We solved it with about 5 minutes to go. We had a great time.

Lily was great with her customer service and very helpful answering all our questions and helped with some clues! I definitely recommend!

My son and I came here on his 15th birthday. We did the Bank Heist and actually WON! The clue master was very nice and made the game very enjoyable for us.

Not my first escape room, and won't be my last. This one is conveniently located at the mall. We were walk-ins for the room called The Dig. We were teamed with 6 other walk-ins. The 8 of us solved the room, with a few clues, with 10 minutes to spare.As puzzles go, these were on par with most escape rooms I've been to. The waiting room is modern and clean, some puzzles to work on while you wait. The staff running the show were polite and informed. All the rooms looked pretty cool. I want to try the submarine next time. The Dig is based on a Egyptian, divinci code, Indiana Jonesish theme. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't too hard that we couldn't reach victory. It was a lot of fun. Highly suggest if your looking to fill an hour with some fun and together time. What better way to spend time with people than getting locked in a room for an hour?

I love excapez rooms, I do one every year. But this was just a poor experience. Half the clues didn't register. They didn't give us clues when we asked. It was just sad, props to the gent who helped us get into the room. But other than that, just go to NM Excape.

Got here right at 3:00pm on Tuesday. Luckily, the place was empty. My party of 3 had our pick of rooms, and we chose the most challenging one: the Submarine. Carley led us down the hall, passing the other escape room options, and allowed us to peak inside when I asked if we could see what they look like. Pretty cool set ups, the largest can hold up to 12 people, but I was excited to see what the Sub had in store. Before taking the plunge to the ocean floor, Carley gave us the run down, including the premise and goal of the escape, and that she would be watching us for the hour and giving us hints to solve the puzzles when we got frustrated (which we did). The room itself didn't feel air conditioned, and got warmer as we solved puzzle after puzzle. The clues were fun to piece together, though my group and I were a little let down that (spoiler alert) much of the second half of the room required computer based puzzles, rather than performing tactile tasks. We failed to escape, but we were only 2 clues away from completing the room. Not too shabby for our first time. Carley took a lovely photo of us, which was shared digitally, to commemorate the occasion. This is an exciting hour-long activity, but hard to justify spending $30 per person on it (and I hear it is more expensive on the weekend). Still, a novel experience and well-facilitated by Carley.

Did this with my family (two teens!) and we had a great time. The kids had done an escape room before with their friends, but this was the first time for my husband and me. We were able to solve the bank heist with only a few clues about half way through. We all loved the experience and look forward doing another one again soon. My kids said the room was big and there were many more clues which made it fun for all of us. Emma was very nice checking us in and the clue master crafted the clues perfectly. Great time!

This was my first time visiting this place. It was fun!! My friend made the reservation to the most difficult room with four players. No spoiler alerts here!The room was clean and the instructions were clear. They were generous with the clues but do not abuse it. The task was fun and challenging. I asked them how often they change the rooms. They told me that they don't change the rooms too often. Even though we failed to escape, we plan to come back again!

This escape room was amazing! We did the theater and had a blast. The puzzles are very interactive and well thought out. I have done many escape rooms prior and this is top-tier. Definitely will be back to try the other rooms.

Had a better experience when we went during the day. But when we came in at night for their 9pm game, we were told that all the 9pm rooms were fully booked last minute. Before we walked in, we saw online that there were 10 spots available for these rooms. We waited past 9pm and the "fully booked" groups didn't even show up. If they didn't want us playing the game, they could've just said so, instead of lying that the rooms were booked.
