Entrada Pointe Apartments

I would not be a rebate here. Stephanie has no clue what she is doing as a manager. The staff in uneducated and trained. Their response to everything is " I don't handle that, I can take a message." Really than why even work there ? Maintenance does Mickey mouse work. There was a leak and end result was a big sloppy patch work on the ceiling that looked tacky. Toilet plug deteriorated and water would keep running couldn't use the toilet for a week. Long story sort: I live in California my mom rented from there. She was in icu not knowing if she was going to make it. As you know this is stressful and scary to have a parent go through this. I had to leave back to cali as work was needing me. I planned to come back and her rent was due they were fully aware of my mom condition. A 79 late charge was given Stephanie was insensitive and did not offer to talk to her manager to see if it can get waived. I paid all of Oct and late fee because natalie district manager did not return my calls her lease was up Nov 16th. My mom finally got a little better and was discharged but her apt was on the second floor and did not have handicap accommodations. In which forced a 30 day notice. Stephanie also left my mom in a horrible situation because now my mom owes 3,500 for a bunch of fees. I have called corporate and Stephanie with no returned calls to resolve this. I hope this helps with further decision of renting here.

I have to say that Bob has been a wonderful maintenance man to us and to our pets when he had to come by. I appreciate Bob!

At times my job requires that I travel for extended periods. When I plan to be in a location for more than a few months, I generally rent an apartment and try to live life as normally as possible. Last year I needed to be on a project in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. If you are reading this review you probably know, but for those not familiar with the area it's a northern suburb of Albuquerque. For me an apartment needs to be pet friendly, close to the job site, clean, competently-staffed, affordable, have covered parking, on-site laundry room, and I prefer that it's in a quiet area. I found exactly what I was looking for at Entrada Pointe. I've enjoyed my time living here. It's a humble little community with everything I mentioned above, and It's also really close to a couple of grocery stores, brew pubs, post office, and restaurants; almost everything is within walking or biking distance. All of this would be good enough, but the best part is the staff. These ladies run a great operation. Always very welcoming, reliable, helpful, and everything is always spot-on. I had one maintenance request that I put in on a Sunday evening, and it was fixed by lunchtime on Monday. I'll be heading back to my happy home soon, but there will be a lot to miss from my time in Rio Rancho and Entrada Pointe.

These people are sketchy according to government agency Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer protection apartment complexes cannot take any of your security deposit. when I left the apartment I left the apartment cleaner than the day I moved in, and yet they still took out money from my deposit for carpet cleaning which according to my lawyer friend it is illegal for them to do that. Now I know why when I called Stephanie the manager at Entrada pointe she was elusive directed me to another number which she didnt have on hand so I have to wait until I get that number from my exiting documentation via the post. That was very suspicious when she could have answered the question herself when I asked her why they took the money out. She's already a terrible manager and if you're not careful she will Target you as she did with me while I lived there.. even getting one of the residents to make false claims against me as well (little did Stephanie know I have legal resources so I was quite aware of her games against me video proof the resident was nowhere near the area where she claimed the event happened) and the maintenance man Bob making up hearsay against me . Since we stayed to ourselves it was obvious Stephanie was trying to cause hell for us yet she hugged my roommate the day we moved out like she was the sweetest person..Stephanie is not to be trusted. For what they charge you for these apartments it is too much for what you get. So do not trust the management ..as Greystar is allowing people like this to run one of their apartment complexes then you know they're not a good company to deal with. Just know if you do decide to live here know your renters rights and be careful how you deal with the management they can make your life a living hell here. It doesn't hurt to know anyone who works in the legal world because that is what helped me get through all this that's too bad they get away with it everyday doing what they do against their residence. I know I would have sued them but they already took enough of my time so I'm not wasting anymore of my life or breath on such negativity. If anyone has disbelief reading this just look up the ratings and the reviews online for both the apartment and the management agency.

I was so impressed with the staff. They have been so professional and helpful. New management has really done an amazing job of cleaning the place up. It's nice to have people around who really care. They were quick and extremely responsive.

Once again I am proud to say that Entrada Pointe is AMAZING! Our Staff in the office is fantastic and our Maintenance guys are GREAT! Bob is always on top of any request that we have and he gets us fixed up right away! He is friendly and helpful! We really feel like they are all family!

Lived here 2 years. Do NOT move in here. The location is great and the staff are very nice. Those are the good things. The place is dangerous and recently seeing an uptick of on property crime; vehicle break-ins, stolen license plates, etc. Management revently sent residents request to have people living here walk the grounds at night to report crime; not a good sign. Found drug needles near the trashcans recently - not the fault of management of course but am idea of the folks that live here. Trash - constantly overflowing. Bags of trash littered on the ground and overflowing. Our complex is a public dumping site; people just dump their trash and leave late at night. Drug use - I have personally witnessed on multiple occasions residents sitting outside on the public tables smoking pot. Not the end of the world but don't want my kids around that... It's not the pot smoking but all the people coming and going that buy it. There was a guy living in a van in our parking lot for a week also doing drugs in there. The place is old (40+ years) and lack of maintenance care is showing both aesthetically and structurally. Apartments are dated, inefficient, and kind of ugly. The appliances are so old i don't know where they got them. For $40 / mo extra you can upgrade to newer appliances in black... But set amongst the dull cream color of 1987 they don't help much. Constant problems in need of repair; leaks, failures, the heating and cooling are extremely uneven. Very nice maintenance folks! Just seem to put bandaids on problems and i suspect the pace is too old for them to do anything about the failing drainage systems and leaky roofs. Expensive!! Prices constantly jacked up; last o checked a one bedroom

These apartments are disgusting! I've been living here since February 2018 and since the beginning I've had nothing but horrible experiences. My first night living here I literally froze because the heater did not work, like really? It was February. My light in my bathroom didn't work and it took them several weeks to fix it, also the drywall that they did in there looks like they were in a rush and just looks very messy. There are cockroaches, ants, and mice just roaming around like it's normal. Stephanie the manager is very unreliable and does nothing at all to help. The maintenance men act like they know what they're doing but really don't. I wish I would've known all the cons before moving in. Cant wait till my lease is over. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible management. Owner clearly doesn't know how to keep things working.. even when asked. Rude costumer service.. DON'T RECOMMEND
