The first year I didn't see any issues. Since then, the big window in my dining room has water fill inside the casing of the window sill because weep holes keep getting clogged up. The slider in my spare bedroom doesn't roll on the tracks smoothly. Since having them install all new windows and sliding doors, it has not improved any utility usage improvements. These Milgard windows and sliding doors are crap. Same yourself heartache and go elsewhere for Windows and Sliding Doors.

Ok...I am not even joking when I tell you that Dave (the owner) quoted us approximately $20,000 less than Home Depot did for our windows and door to be replaced. We had a TON of windows and insulated glass units that were custom made for our house when it was built back in the 80's. Each window was a different size (only God knows why) so everyone else quoted us really high because every piece had to be custom ordered and fitted. Well, not Dave--he and his team came in, replaced the windows with energy efficient glass, re-stained wood to match where it needed to be...and it all looks fabulous! Plus it was faster than we imagined! Professional, fast, and ridiculously reasonable with their prices. I highly, highly recommend!

We got a quote from another place for $7K for 5 windows. This is a place that annoyingly named my favorite sports facility after themselves so I guess they have to charge more to customers to pay for that. Mark from Enchantment came out and said more like $3K, which was closer to my expectations. I guess he and his wife bought the business this year and are trying to keep costs down for customers. He was clear about expectations which I appreciated and explained things as many times as we needed to hear it. We had to move our own furniture away from the windows and do a bit more cleanup of the sills on our own than I guess the other place would've had us do, but I thought it was worth it! Everything happened on the timeline that he told us, everyone there was friendly and helpful and we love our new windows! I'm looking forward to paying less on the heating bill too!

Do not pass up this company. Too many overpriced companies out there ripping you off. These guys are true to their word. I love my windows and my front door is everything I envisioned. And Dave and Mona are a pleasure to work with.

I think this company did a good job. Their price was fair and they were thorough. Jon helped me plan the windows and did a good job. I made it more complicated since my builder asked me to manage the window order but the design came out nice. I am very disappointed in the window manufacturer, Milgard, however. Three windows had to be replaced immediately and now 2 don't close and one leaks. The windows have not even been in 8 months at this point and the house hasn't been lived in since I don't have occupancy yet. Still waiting to get it re-evaluated by Milgard for the second go around. I would use Enchantment Windows and Doors in the future but only if they used another manufacturer. My builder feels my Milgard windows/ doors are worse quality than the builder grade he uses for home flips.

The owner Mark Alexander came out and quoted me $2,400.00 for a sliding glass door. I thought about it and decided to make the purchase. Mark came back out to take the measurements and collect $1,000 as a down payment. He said it would take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. It took 5 weeks and we made an appointment for the installers to come on the 6th week. The installers arrived and were very nice. Before bringing the door upstairs, they wanted to take a look and measure. That is when they realized that the door was too small. Mark had taken the wrong measurements. I asked if this happens often and he said no because he usually takes the measurements. He told me Mark doesn't answer the phone on the weekends so he will have him call me on Monday. (It was Saturday).Monday comes and no word from Mark. So on Tuesday around noon I called Mark and asked why he didn't call. He said I broke the contract and he sent me a refund check. I wanted the door, but it was the wrong size. He said he didn't have time to talk and would call me back. He never called.Several days later I received the check (See Attached) with a note that said I didn't want the door. I wanted the door, but it didn't fit. Another note said he kept the cost of the permit which was $56.00. If I didn't want the door that would be fine, but I wanted the door only Mark ordered the wrong size and refused to order the correct size. Instead he sent me a check minus the permit fee. This is on you Mark. Be a man and own up to it. You wasted my time and owe me $56.00. Pay up!

Sloppy, unprofessional installation (with extra 'friends' hanging around giving bids on stucco). Doors and windows crooked, screens don't fit, insufficient support for base plates, insufficient insulation. They even took a hatchet to my kitchen window sill and left a mess. Asked Mark five times to fix the problems - he always said someone (who?) would contact me, no-one ever did. I had to pay drywall company and a handyman extra to resolve the problems. The product is also cheap. It has soured me on trying to support small businesses.

Update:Now that it is super hot I decided to open my windows one afternoon only to find that the previously broken window that had taken me two and a half months to get fixed is STILL BROKEN. Yes, it actually latches correctly now but it only opens half as high as the other windows. I've called a couple of times to try and arrange an appointment but the owner's wife is the receptionist and has been dodging me. This is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I would assess negative stars if I could and only recommend choosing this company if you like pounding headaches and wasting your time, money and efforts.

Initially, I would have given five stars. Now, I would never recommend them. I had windows and sliding doors replaced in my entire house. Everything seemed great at first. The owner came to give me an estimate and followed up promptly without being too pushy. I placed my order and within a few weeks they were installed. There were a few very minor issues with trim being uneven that I decided not to pursue. It didn't bother me enough.Within 2 months, one of the sliding doors had gone out of square. I called several times and the woman at the office kept telling me that they would send the installer out. When he didn't come, I called the office to get an update. She wanted me to call him to work the details out. Wut?... Shouldn't the person managing the office do the scheduling and follow up to make sure work is completed? We scheduled another time and the installer supposedly forgot to come. I called the office again and she seemed surprised that the installer never came. Then when he finally came out, he didn't bring the materials needed to fix the job. This is because they didn't listen to me describe the issue. At this point, I had been calling the office daily for a week and a half. I also called the owner several times and left multiple messages. He never called me back. The installer finally came back with the materials to fix the problem. The track on the sliding door had begun to sag in the middle causing the door to go out of square. He did an incredibly shoddy repair by shimming the center. He didn't even trim the shim. He just left it long and put silicone around it. This installer was constantly in a hurry, very rude, and didn't communicate anything with me. He didn't review what was done or what needed to be done. I finally got the owner to come take a look. He said that I had too critical of an eye and that everything looked fine to him. I'll admit that I am very critical. I paid several thousand dollars to have new windows and doors installed. Why wouldn't I want them perfect? In the end, he said he would send someone back out to trim the shim that was left proud. Of course, I never heard from them after that. I have decided that I am done dealing with them. TL:DR: The owner, office person, and installer have very poor communication and act with no urgency to correct problems. For this reason, I would not recommend Enchantment Windows and Doors to anyone.

We went with Enchantment Windows & Doors at the beginning of the year are so happy that we did. The staff was extremely knowledgeable of their products and windows that we purchased were a bargain compared to some of the competitors. The window quality is outstanding and we have not had any issues thus far. We have almost had the windows for a year now and we can definitely tell the difference with the savings that we are receiving from our gas bill. I recommend this company to everyone who is looking to replace their old windows, because you can't go wrong with quality, customer service or the price.
