Enchantment Carpet

I tried to use Home Depot. The person they sent out to measure. My home took 45 minutes. The quote required me to remove a small section of vinyl. It was not great. Damon from Enchanted came to my house within an hour of me walking in the store. It took him less than five minutes to measure three rooms and I had carpet three days later and $200 cheaper. I was not able to be there when they installed but my house was left in great order. I'm very impressed by the service, the family atmosphere and the expertise. I trust these people. Thank you!!

My experience with Enchantment Carpets was excellent. I hired them to create an area rug from a carpet that I selected. I didn't want wall to wall carpeting in the room but the rug was going to have to be specially cut to work around a large kiva fireplace. Dana was my point person in the office and she was terrific. Every question and concern was followed up on in a timely manner. The team members who came out the day of service were very professional and experienced. They cut and edge-bound the carpet in less than an hour and it looks wonderful. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend or use Enchantment again.

We used Enchantment carpet to install new carpets on the house we recently bought. Jake and Dana at Enchantment was great to work with and the customer service is top notch. We shopped at HD and Lowes due to their "free install" offer but they have poor customer service and they make their money on overpricing the carpet and pads.We highly recommend Enchantment.

Flooring stores in this town must be swamped with work. This is the second one that never called to schedule an in-home estimate on replacing my kitchen floor.In fact, I had taken some samples with me when I was in the store and they took my name and number for the appointment. When I finally returned them about 5 days later, the same woman who had waited on me said, "Oh, thanks for returning them!" Never asked if anyone had contacted me, never asked if I had further questions or if I was ready to place an order. I always feel that if they're that blasé about your business before they get your money, what are they like after? I went to another vendor (Floorscapes) who actually seemed to want the job and placed my order there. I'll write a review of them after the install (scheduled for next week.)

Sales experience was great, with very competitive pricing. Large selection of quality carpeting--better than Big Box stores. Would have given 5 stars, but had bad experience on installation. Paid for high-end padding and was given lower quality. We caught it and got padding we paid for--but shadowed whole experience.

Dana was knowledgeable and courteous - no high pressure and willing and able to answer our questions. Quoted price was several hundred dollars less expensive than competitor. Carpet delivered on the schedule as promised. Antonio and his son installed the carpet - did a great job - competent and courteous.Highly recommended.

They have a great selection of carpeting. Service and installation were really top notch. We really appreciated them working with us and we're very happy with the outcome. Would recommend them to anyone who wantsquality carpeting and installation.

This is based on coming into the store and being referred to the warehouse. We were looking for some flooring that had been ruined by a leak and were told they would have it. While it turned out they didn't have any in stock, the woman in the warehouse went out of her way to try to help us find something that would work. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it turned out that she wasn't completely aware of how to look up our flooring (we had the original order with us from another company that was completely unhelpful) online which we discovered after going to a 4th company in hopes of finding some. If we'd been unsuccessful, we were planning on returning as she did find something that would have worked. All this and she remained friendly and helpful even after not making a sale.

Work quality was good, but lots of other problems. Removed toilet in bathrooms and broke valve in one bathroom. Said it wasn't their job to fix it. Second toilet in extra bathroom leaked and they just left it with water turned off. Nails from baseboard were pulled and left all over the back patio including gravel. Came back with a magnet and half-assed picking them up so we had to spend hours picking up nails in our backyard. Re-installation of trim was subpar at best. Don't bother calling the main office because the woman that answers is completely rude and indifferent about any issues that you may have. We have used them two other times and have recommended them in the past, but this will be our last time.

I have had Enchantment do 2 jobs for me. Both went smoothly. They have high quality flooring. The carpet in the high traffic areas of my home ( kids and pets) looked new after 5 years. They listened to my needs and helped me select durable carpet. i would say they are not the absolute cheapest in town ( still less than big box) but after 2 good experiences I will be going back. We had several rooms with round floor plans ( Scott Patrick home) they had little waste despite have to cut the radius, the carpet stayed tight. The installers were polite, on time and were careful in moving my belongs and put stuff back exactly where I wanted it.
