We had a whole home soft water system installed a year ago and it was a very good decision. The water in the area is not so great. We have enjoyed the feel of soft water for showering. I have also noticed that laundry is very clean and whites are actually "white". We have had no problems with the system. Mark is the person who we first met and talked to about the system. He answered all our questions. Update Today December 13, 2021Today this was our first yearly filter replacement and water check. Employee was on time which is important to me. All is good and in working order. Thank you for the reminders about this appointment.

We had our water softening and reverse osmosis systems installed 4 months ago and are very pleased with the results. Everyone at Enchanted Waters, from scheduling to installation to maintenance, has been top notch and we highly recommend them for all water needs.

I will more than likely call soon for filters but I am worried about what type of customer service I will receive. I will update more later.

Received an "Important Notice" in the mail that we needed to contact them about our water. Obvious scam intended to trick people.

I put in a new water softener from enchanted waters a couple of months ago. The benefits have been amazing having soft water in the home and purified water to drink. Thanks to appointment setter ( RON) and sales rep. ( Mark) and the installer ( John) and service department ( Bill ) for all their work to get the right softener in my home.

Enchanted Waters is not the company for you to do business with. My last service went OK, but just recently I had a foul taste in my water coming from my water softener. I looked into it and noticed my Brine container had a very rusty color look. I looked into it and found a screwdriver in there. It was rusted very bad. I called enchanted waters to help resolve this problem. Unfortunately management did not want to resolve this issue without charging me a service call, and told me that they will not warranty the work. Even though the problem was created by their technician. The screwdriver even had initials of the person who work there at one time. This is not a company I would recommend at all. Beware of the crappy service and the management thinking behind this business. My water softener is a older softener and was looking into purchasing a Another water softener, but it will not be by this company.

Received a card in the mail right after moving to New home. Made it sound like they were the RR water dept "we have been trying to contact you about your water." Very poor way to advertise. If this was call or email I'd report as spam.

When I first moved to Albuquerque in late 2017, I ordered a salt-free soft water system via research on the internet and a plumbing company installed it. I was a little concerned about installation since the soft water company said it is easy to install but it became a two day install.About a year later, I felt the system wasn't doing it's job so reached out to Enchanted Waters to check my system to make sure it was working and installed correctly. It wasn't doing a very good job of softening the water and in addition wasn't installed correctly. The Enchanted Water representative said that they have had to replace many such systems because they just don't work that well with our hard water. They gave me credit for some of the equipment I had and used one cylinder that I already had so the pricing was reasonable for the switch.Ron, the customer service rep, did a great job getting the install scheduled, checking during the install and letting me know to feel free to call with any questions and to call for a free check-up to make sure the system is working how I would like. The installer was quick, efficient and showed me how everything worked and how to put the salt in it's place. The best part is even though I forgot I was supposed to call within 90 days, when I did call 5 months later(!), Ron was still able to have someone come out for the free check-up!! Everything is great and I can really tell a difference between the two systems.

We are very particular with regard to our water. We understand the importance of what we put in and on our bodies. That brought us to the decision that once we arrived in ABQ we needed to have a water system installed in our home. We had identified Enchanted Waters and another filtration provider to hear about their systems. The difference between the two was immediately clear. When Mark arrived for our initial review of the systems, he was already looking at the feasibility and difficulty of the install before he even came in. Once we were inside, before we got into the demonstration, Mark was finding our best install location (access to main, drainage, electrical). With the other provider, these vital details weren't even considered. Since our home is a little older it wasn't preplumbed for a water system, although tough we were assured the install would be alright. We have had several systems in the past and are quite familiar with the sales process. This was fairly standard. However, an important difference was the warranty, cost and at the time soap. You might think, "Soap, sounds like a gimmick." That's what I thought too, but after a little questioning I found out that it's actually legit! The founder was a chemical engineer with a history at Exxon who decided he wanted (and could) develop effective cleaning products with fewer chemicals. We received our choice of bath bars, house hold cleaners, laundry and dish soaps....that are designed to work with the treated water. We looked up the company and found it as a US company located in Texas...and bottom line the products work. In conjunction with the improved water quality the laundry is softer, dishes are clean and we are too...So the system works...However, what stands out in my mind most is the customer service. The install with John was tough, but he did great. There was an issue with one of the filters after it was installed....but the team of Enchanted Water worked the problem until the issue was resolved and we were all happy with our water.
