I placed an order via the website on December 11, 2024.The order was paid for, and I received an email with an order number.I did not receive the order. I sent numerous emails - NO reply, tried calling - the voicemail was always full. I continued sending emails and finally got Juliette on the phone in early January 2025. She said she was short staffed and could not get my order out for the holidays. I said I still want my order. She said had been telling people (so there are many) who didn't get their orders that she would refund their money, or double to order at the same shipping costs and send the order by the following Monday, January 6th. I agreed.That never happened, either. I have never received the order, I cannot get a reply to emails, there is no way to leave a voicemail (much less...you know, talk to a real person).When I spoke with Julliette in early January, she acts like this is somehow my fault - like I'm the bad guy. I'm not. I'm just a person who placed and paid for an order (2) months ago and has neither a refund nor the product.

I have to chime in here. My experience has been nothing but pleasant. The quality of candles is unmatched, and I simply love supporting this local candle maker with scents that are true to New Mexico. With all small businesses, I think you need to understand the nuance of their craftsmanship & turn around time. I received my five candles on time with no issues, but even if it was late, I have the heart to understand how it was delayed & trust the owner to deliver. 5 stars. Keep going Sugar!!

I ordered a candle from Enchanted Sugar's website 3 weeks ago, and have still not received the product. It is listed as unfulfilled/not shipped on their website. I have contacted them through multiple avenues: directly through the site, email, text, calling, and through Facebook, and have not received a single reply. This negative review is not only because they stole money from me, but also due to the total lack of communication. Do better, Enchanted Sugar.

They do not appear to be open in any way but they will take your money. Such a shame because their website looks so good! I would happily buy from them if they actually had candles to sell.

A delightful shop located in Cottonwood mall! There are lots of handmade goods by local artists. The items are high quality and well made. There is also nice home decor items, jewelry, candles, soaps, art and other artisan goods. The owner is delightful and she is supportive of local makers from the surrounding community. 100% recommended!!!!

Enchanted Sugar is only available at retailers and online currently. I did not have any issues placing my order, and received door-to-door delivery in town! The biscoshito candles are THE BEST around! Get the three wick tumbler biscoshito candle if in stock.

LIke other recent reviewers, I have been charged for an order but not received it. I ordered a candle on August 29. I was charged immediately and received an email saying that I would be emailed when my order shipped. My order has not shipped, and while I have followed multiple times via email, I have heard no response. I called, and their voicemail was full. I checked their social media; they updated their Facebook profile pic on September 18. There was a comment on the pic from someone trying to reach them about an order; I added my own comment about the order. I understand that a small business might experience an emergency, but if they can update their profile pic, clearly they could at least reach out if there is a good reason orders are being delayed. I'm extremely disappointed.

I have had the same experience as other reviewers. Place an order for which I was charged, but was never shipped. No response to multiple email requests. I was able to speak to Ms Juliette over the phone and she explained that she was behind on fulfilling online orders due to be very busy during Fiesta. She assured my that orders would be filled in the week after Fiesta, but that appears to be just another bit of dishonesty.

I bought a small candle to replace the same fragrance that was getting low. When I opened the tin there wasn't any aroma whatsoever. Already having the same fragrance, I knew there was a problem. I emailed Juliette at her company and she questioned my claim. I said that I possess a very sensitive sense of smell, both blessing and curse and said that I would return so she could check it for herself. I also wrote that I absolutely loved this particular fragrance and would be a devoted, regular customer. I live quite far from her location so I mailed package ($8.00) shipping. I didn't hear back, so after several days I wrote and asked if she received it. She stated she did but was very busy and would check the next day. I have never heard a thing, so very disappointed in the lack of customer service. The little $12.00 candle actually ended up costing $20.00. Thus far, I have been waiting approximately two (2) months. Unfortunately, she lost significant revenue from me. When I fall for a certain fragrance, I buy it for years.I support local businesses whenever possible; it's too bad the owner doesn't do the right thing.

Enchanted Sugar was a great find! They have a huge selection and EVERYTHING was local. The items are fairly priced and well made. The owner was very helpful and I found a lot of nice gifts. I will definitely be back!
