Shady company. We were cheated and then ignored. In fact, as soon as possible, we were done w this but still have not received any final statements or notices. I have contacted to receive this documents but crickets.

Was In need of finding a home and Monica was ableHelp me find exactly what I was looking for. She was very quick in responding to me and was able to provide me with options. Very kind, helpful, knowledgeable about all properties and was even willing to refer me to places who could help had she not been able to find a home for me. I would definitely recommend using Enchanted Skies Reality for all property needs!

I switched over to Enchanted Skies Realty from another Property Management Company because I was getting very poor communication from them. Monica gave a Great first Impression. Very Friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and seemed like she would be better than my last Property Management Company. Got my Tenants on board and signed a new lease, paid all my fees and thought everything was All Good! My house needed a new roof , or so I was told. Monica referred a Roofing Contractor that she highly recommended. He was about $1,000 higher from the previous bids I received. Monica informed me that he was going to do more work and include a storage structure that was close to the house. Reluctantly, I agreed. I told her that I wanted the same color and roof that was on my house. She enthusiastically said "No Problem" and she would take care of it. She said she would meet the contractor out there the first day and make daily trips there to follow up. On September 19th, the contractor started working on the roof. I made a trip out there to look at the finished product before I made the final payment. I have not had good luck in the Albuquerque area paying in advance. I was told it would take only 3 days to complete. When I got there on Friday September 22nd. Not only was my roof not done! There was roofing debris everywhere around my house, in the gutters, on my Air Conditioning Unit, in my plants all around the house and the WRONG COLOR!. My tenants told me that the worker's garbage was blowing around the yard in the wind also. I called Monica and left her an Urgent message. I took pictures of everything and then went over to her office since I didn't hear back. Everybody was in the office. Weird! I called 30 minutes ago and left an Urgent message for her to call me. Hmmm! I sat down and told her what was going on. I showed her pictures to give her the visual. She seemed surprised and said this contractor always did great work for her. I then asked her if she had been out there to look at the roof as she told me she would. She apologized and said "No she hadn't".This upset me and I told her that this isn't color I told her I wanted and she needed to contact the contractor to get this corrected immediately! She said she would and asked me to forward the pictures I had and I did.An hour later, I am getting a call from the contractor. He is stating that the girl from Enchanted Skies Realty told him a similar color. He liked this Tri-Color product and installed it. I informed him that I didn't like the color and wanted the correct color that I asked for installed. I suggested that he stop the installation to speak with Monica. I told her that there was 2 choices. A discount on the job or completely remove the roof he already installed and install the product of my choice.To say the least! It is October 4th and the contractor is calling me asking for final payment. I told him to speak with Monica as she is dealing with this. I told Monica again, 2 options: Either a discount or remove the existing roof and replace with my choice. I am still waiting for her call to let me know the outcome.Very Dissatisfied with the way she communicated this whole thing and it still isn't resolved. What type of Property Management Company works like this? I handed her a long term Tenant and just asked that they make them happy. They are low maintenance, pay on time, keep the yard and house Immaculate! I don't want to loose them and now they are letting me know that this company is worse than the one I left!Let's see if Monica pulls this through!
