Enchanted Jewelers

This our first visit to Enchanted. We came here adjust the strap of my watch. They were very friendly throughout the visit and promptly resized my strap while my wife glanced to all the nice jewelry at the store. She's definitely going to make me come back for some bling in the future. Overall, great customer service and friendly experience.

This is my favorite jewelry store in all of Albuquerque. They have set the standard for customer service and there is nowhere else I will ever take my pieces. Every single time I have taken in my rings or watches, they have done perfect work - and I can find flaws in everything!!!!They also have an annual customer appreciation BBQ. My husband and I look forward to it every single year. It is the best BBQ you will ever eat!They are family owned and will go above and beyond every single time. If you want unique pieces for great prices, this is your new favorite place!

For the better part of a decade, when my wedding ring lost a piece of inlay, I'd take it to this tiny time warp jewelry repair shop in Old Town. The simple reason: cost. Dirt cheap. But at least 50% of my visits were a total waste: either the guy was too busy and turned down the work (who does this?) or he was closed during posted business hours. #OldTown. So when my most recent service request was yet again denied, I thought f#ckit, bit the bullet, and visited Enchanted Jewelers, in my backyard. The basics on the entire experience:+ Locally owned and operated+ Personable, friendly service+ Pretty fast turnaround+ Lovely repair+ Much pricier than #OldTownThis business also has a large selection of bling for sale, and apparently they host a barbecue in the parking lot every fall, to thank their clientele. Since it's in my backyard, I'll likely get in on that.

I came in with a pair of white gold hoop earrings to see if they could be made a little larger, they were a birthday gift. I have fat earlobes and they fit pretty snug and wanted to be able to wear them without any issues. A friend suggested I go to Enchant Jewelers and I did and was very glad i did. The staff is very friendly from the minute you walk in the store you're greeted and they were very helpful. The sales person I had was friendly and she listened to my needs were and she took the earrings to the jeweler to see what can be done. She asked me if I could leave them and she would call me later to let me know if there is something the jeweler would be able to do. Within a couple of hours I heard back from her with good news that they will be able to make the earrings slightly larger. The turnaround was very quick and they looked great and the fit was perfect. I would definitely recommend Enchanted Jewelers for you jewelry needs. Whether your looking for new jewelry or need a repair give them a chance and check them out.

I went here after visiting three different jewelers in search for a watch band based on a recommendation from a friend. I am so excited they were able to provide this band that matched perfectly with this old fashioned watch face that was passed down from my great grandma. The service was fast and the employees were all very friendly :) I was in and out in 15 minutes including then adjusting the band to my wrist. This is a family owned jewelry store and I appreciated their due diligence when I had called up an employee before coming in to request if they even had any bands to offer. Apparently that is uncommon for a Jewelry store. I will be seeing them in the future when I am interested in shopping for my jewelry versus big brand stores.

I was fortunate enough to have been able to have Enchanted Jewelers design a custom pendant using my wedding ring. I think the necklace is just perfect. The price was reasonable and I will now be able to wear a favorite piece.

Thursday morning, a little after 10:00 am. All six or so employees were standing behind the counter. I said I was there to buy a battery for my watch and was informed I would have to leave my watch and come back. All six or so of them and I stood there with our mouths hanging open and looking embarrassed. I said no, that wouldn't do because I had made a point to travel there to begin with. I couldn't just go away and then go back later (?) for a $10 battery. Gas, parking, a 15 minute fix? So, anyway ... not a kind place anymore. Too bad, so sad. Adah Wentworth

The stone fell out of the custom ring they made. Harris Jewelers reworked the setting to secure the stone the way it should have been made in the first place. Enchanted Jewelers put the emerald in a sonic cleaner or solution that left a whitish residue. I can't believe how incompetent they are.

I dropped off two identical necklaces with similar "breaks" in the chain to be repaired, 1 break each. The necklaces were ready for me in the week they were promised but when I picked up the necklaces, one was different than the other. When purchased new (not from enchanted keepers) both had 3 attached items in the chain placed specifically for the necklace to be worn correctly. Now one of the necklaces has all three items in different spots and the lengths in the chain between all the items is different. It's clear that something is very different. The lady who checked them in, agrees I dropped off two identical necklaces and picked up two different necklaces but only offered to redo the necklace if I agree to pay for the corrections. This is very disappointing!

Best local jeweler in Albuquerque! They're always friendly and while I'm in the area I always stop in to have my wedding ring (purchased here) cleaned and know I can trust them!
