We heard that we got a new Italian restaurant in town and the locals have been talking, so we had to come try it for ourselves. The restaurant is located in Central Park Square downtown, which I close to the breweries and Long Pour cocktail lounge. That makes this a great date night option. The menu is mostly Mexican food and we already have a lot of Mexican restaurants for a small town. However, they are working on expanding their Italian menu. I really do hope they eventually have a full Italian menu. It would be great to have more restaurant variety in Los Alamos. Some things, you just have to go to Santa Fe for. We ordered lasagna, which is currently offered. It was very good and a sensible portion. It came with a small salad and bread. The flavor was great and the price was really good. They offer pastries from Chocolate Maven in Santa Fe. They also have dried pastas for purchase. They do not currently have a liquor license; however, that is in the works. The service was great and very attentive. We did not wait long for our food and the price was great. This will be a regular spot for me, especially when they expand the Italian menu.

I have yet to have a bad meal here! They have gluten free options and the most amazing breakfast burrito! Lots of Chocolate Maven options for desserts, bagged pasta, olive oil, unique chips, Tea Forte and bottled drinks!! It's an awesome cozy spot for food to go or dine in!
