Not worth the pricing. Very simple and tasteless. They don't take coupons. Something they kept reirriating

After a long travel day, I just wanted what I've yearned for since last year--New Mex fare. They delivered on the stuff I wanted them to: Adovada, Sopapillas, bottle of Honey on the table, and friendly familia service. Did it rival the NM I've had, previously? Nah. But was it everything this fella was looking for? In...deed. Their Adovada is definitely not for tenderfoots who are not used to it. It puts the kick, in kick anus. I'll sleep good tonite. All bets are off tomorrow morning...

The taste of the food was outstanding, enjoyed the service quite a bit. Very interesting story behind the family stories on the walls. I would definitely recommend Eloy's if you are in the mood for really good Mexican cuisine.

This #abqrestaurantreview was an unplanned experience not generated by AI. Faced with several choices, we decided to try Eloy's, a New Mexican restaurant. I of course, at the steak fajitas (NOTE: fajitas also happen to be the least spicy option in any Mexican restaurant (aka safer for tummy). They were pretty good. I was surprised at the hint of BBQ sauce served in the marinade (which actually threw me off because I wasn't expecting it in a fajita. Nevertheless it was still tasty. The decor and music followed the theme perfectly which is always a bonus, and the bathroom was also clean and the server was nice! 4/5 would recommend. #gourmetrecovery

Definitely a family run business. Fairly robust menu for such a small place. Food was fine, not fancy, but got to the table hot. They do a few fun things like bring the guacamole and a couple of chips in small bowls and ended the meal with a pudding dessert. Based on other reviews it looks like beer may be new to the offerings. I don't think it was on the menu but on a table top announcement. This truly is homestyle so if that is not your jam you may want to skip it.

This is a family owned business that gives off homy meals back at home with grandparents. The menu is authentic New Mexican food that is made from scratched and straight out of the kitchen. They start you off with salsa and chips and drinks and give you time to order. Drinks are limited and I didn't see any alcohol in the menu but that would have been great. The portions of the plate are descent in size. We enjoyed the fact that fried were not salty. However, the rest of the meals were moderately saltier than what you would consider a normal type of salt seasoning for New Mexican foods. The place is overall clean and neat. They had only one waiter which he managed to multi task and take orders to perfection. The owner was also the waiter and the cashier. The restrooms are clean and quite big and friendly for those with disabilities. They also have handicapped parking. Overall the customer service is adequate.

Had really bad service from the owner at this location on Wyoming blvd neThis was our place to go because of the great natillas we usually get, but today we ordered 2 cheese enchilada plates with an egg over easy which came back as over hard and I asked for onions on my enchiladas which they charged me $1.50 for? She told me we don't make our enchiladas with onions which you have to pay for if you want them and the cheese was only inside the enchiladas not on top so I asked for some cheese on top which they brought a tiny cup with cheese which they charged me $1.75 for. All in all we paid $43 for them with 2 sodas. I went to complain to owner and all she did was get defensive and say do you want to see what I have pay here? She also said if people want to complain they should just stay home! There's other restaurants you can go too! That right there did it and I will never go back there again. Can't believe the owner would act this way but they just lost a good customer!!! The food was bland today and the rice was not good! #NeverAgainToEloys

My family has been going to Eloy's for over 30 years. The food is fantastic! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It's a family owned business and Loretta is super sweet. She makes everyone feel like they are part of the family.
