Elotes Del Rancho

The Barbacoa tacos were amazing! We also tried the elote en vaso, and that was tasty too! The "hot" is pretty hot... so if you're sensitive to spice get mild! Their salsas were very tasty as well! Everyone was super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks, Gil, for turning me on to the torta de barbacoa. It's my new weekend guilty pleasure. I can get two meals out of it.Just be sure to check the order before you leave... once they gave me tacos instead. Still good, but the torta is my favorite.

They're food is always so yummy The carne asada torta is so delicious!! And let me tell you there's not many Mexican food spots in Rio Rancho. There's probably three spots but this one hits home!!

Tried it for the first time last night and the food was fantastic! We tried barbacoa, carnitas, and carne asada tacos as well as the elotes cup. 8 tacos plus the elotes easily fed 3 adults in my house. We'll definitely be back often.

Quality, taste, time it's prepared, customer service it's all there :) Best in Rio Rancho for this kind of food. I have tried everything on the menu.

Eh, corn was chewy, didn't taste much lime, tacos were dry and just ok. Hope it was just a fluke. We'll try again some time soon but first experience was just so so

I seem this truck multiple times, so my daughter and I grab some tacos and elote for her. She loved the corn cup, the tacos were good till I found a long hair in my taco. Totally lost my appetite and couldn't continue eating. I won't go back because of that, otherwise I would of been a repeat customer.

Edgar is amazing. Super nice and his wife is the same. The food is incredible and this is my favorite food truck. The carnitas are my favorite and you definitely can't go wrong with his salsa. It has heat but has a ton of flavor.

It is a great place to get street tacos. Everyone in the family liked the food. I just wish it was around at lunch time.

Best street tacos. Al pastor all day three is the best. Text in order is the easiest.
