When you cancel an appointment an entire week prior to an appointment, any reputable business refunds deposits. This one does not. Don't make an appointment and then have second thoughts unless you want to just hand this office $100 for doing absolutely nothing. Super shady.

Hi there I had an appt for a consultation concerning a botched chin implant by another Dr. I was told I could use my $50.00 consult fee for any future procedures at this office if I choose not to move forward with my consultation. But upon the Dr's recommendation was told I didn't need to do what I wanted. I stated with him I'd be interested in doing Botox. I went to the front to discuss making the appt with the lady he recommended I was told she's separate from the office and I could NOT use my deposit fee. The receptionist was rude and said have a good day after she saw my frustration and instead of trying to remedy the situation she acted to busy & I was sent on my way! Be aware they have loop holes for these consult fees which you can NOT use at "their" office!! Sad I was going to spend more because I know Botox is always around $300 for myself.

I am really not sure who treated the last reviewer with with such unprofessionalism,and Im so sorry they had to deal with rudeness but today I came in for an appointment and it was a very calming experience. I was recommended to dr. Escudero by my mom who worked with him in the recovery room a few times. My 3 year daughter somehow managed to shove an eraser up her nose and It was shoved so far that her PCP could not find it. I called on Monday , and was able to get in on Wednesday. He has an AMAZING bedside manner with children. She was explained everything and didn't bat an eye or even flinch. Safe to say that whatever she shoved up her nose is long gone because he could not find anything in either nostril using his "magical spaghetti camera" (this is what he told my daughter he would be putting in her nose) but he was able to let me know that she did have a sinus infection and was able to prescribe antibiotics to get her back on her feet. Dr. Escudero's advice to my daughter was not to put anything smaller than an elbow in her nose or her ears LOLThanks staff. You guys are all so sweet.

Dr. Escudero is one of the kindest most gentle doctors I have every known. I would recommend him highly.

Dr. Escudero is simply the best. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the correction to my deviated septum. It looks beautiful and I can breathe so much better. He is not only incredibly skilled at what he does but his bed side manner is fabulous. He is both kind, patient and hilarious. His office staff are no different. They are so accommodating and helpful. I absolutely recommend him, and I wouldn't let anyone else touch my face. Thanks Dr. Escudero!

His staff is pretty rude. My wife went to him a few years ago for an ear problem; he was good, but the ladies in the office made mistakes and acted like they were doing us a favor for even talking to us. We called back when my wife had another problem with her other ear and the staff is as rude as ever. Didn't get an appointment. I still gave him points for the previous good work...maybe 2-1/2 stars.

Dr. Escudero is the absolute best doctor EVER! Private practice, takes ALL insurance, great bedside manner, diagnosed my illness on the first visit, and he was the 4th doctor I had seen! My neighbors had referred him to me, and I have since referred him to several other people. Probably the best doctor I've met since moving to ABQ...very, very happy!

My experience with Dr. E was amazing! Iv had microneedeling and Daxify. She gave beautiful and long last results! What I'm even more excited about it my TMJ relief. Iv slept with a night guard for years but still clenched during the day. My Jaw was always sore. She treated me with Daxify and it's been a game changer! I feel so much better! I didn't realize how awful my face felt until it was relieved! Dr. Elizabeth will forever be my go to for all my beauty needs.

Do not go to him unless you want some more follow-up surgeries. He was never clear to me on what he was going to do. I went on a recommendation. He shaved my nose down so bad I have a permanent dip at the bridge and he left a small hole at the bottom of my nose/upper lip. Said maybe I needed some "filler" for that.. He did not narrow my nostrils as expected. When I mentioned my concern about the bridge of my nose he said to me "So, you want your old nose back?" I told him my concern about not narrowing the nostril width and it was another $500 for an in-office visit. He was callous. Do not go to him.

Dr Escudero Is fantastic! He has a wonderful team and has taken great care of my family and friends. My husband had his nose broken 4 times in college basketball and Dr Escudero did a wonderful job reconstructing it. My daughter's boyfriend also had a broken nose and Dr Escudero did the surgery to repair it. I highly recommend Dr Escudero 's practice!
