I found out we stayed on their 9th day of being open. We have stayed at a couple Element branded hotels recently. They are owned by Marriott. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. You have a nice kitchen area, although I highly recommend some local food if you are not from the area. The staff was super friendly. There was a small leak in our bathroom sink. I figured being new, you need time to work out the bugs, so I won't hold it against them. The breakfast was also really good. They have hot, cooked to order items in addition to normal hotel continental breakfast. Worth the price. Only complaint was finding the lone ice machine on the ground floor.

The staff here is completely incompetent! The company I work for arranged my stay here and provided payment via their corporate credit card and instead the staff here charged my personal card that was supposed to be only used for incidentals. Now I have to wait over a month to be reimbursed by my company - so extremely frustrated right now! I will not be staying here again! Instead I will go to the Home2Place by Hilton where the staff know what the heck they're doing. Get it together Element - it's a nice hotel but staff needs some education on how to do their job and learn to communicate properly with their clientele.

Never staying at this hotel.. They called cops on me for some mistaken identity and wont give a lifetime titanium member even chance to prove that the dates they were claiming for skipping on a bar bir, i was not even in State .. rather i was in CA.. I asked the Manager on Duty to open a case.. and 3 weeks later.. no call or any followup.. Worst experience ever..

I was here 6 weeks ago. No white sangria. Zero coffee drinks. Westin. Do better! Was not greeted tonight by the bartender after I thought I'd give it another try. Asked for the F and B manager that was chilling on the couch. She said they're trying to "Do Better." Westin.... Just do better! P.S. She has no people skills. And please!!! The cocktail waitress that just walked up behind the bar and dipped a lime wedge in the tajin powder and sucked on it ...stop it. 6 tables of customers, 4 cocktail waitresses and no one can keep up with it. Thus Food and Beverage mgr is as bad as the last. Maybe this is why they can't get anything done? Worst cold flatbread pizza ever for $19.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! We had the worst hotel experience of or lives here. We called before we booked and specifically asked if their parking lot was secure. We were assured they have security cameras all over, and that the property is patrolled by security officers between the hours of 6pm and 6am. Needless to say, our property was stolen. The reaction of the staff and hotel management was appalling. At first, they wouldn't even provide us with the non-emergency number for the police, so that we could file a report (hello, we don't live here!!). We suspect the hotel staff was involved in the theft because of their reaction and complete unwillingness to help. Also, the manager refused to let us see the camera footage (another hint staff was involved), and refused to do ANYTHING to make it right (apology, discount, refund, nothing). The assistant manager was downright rude, sat with a smirk on her face while my husband and I spoke to her, almost as if she was pleased we were stolen from. AGAIN, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM!!!

Fabulous customer service. Cody, Anthony and Drew were all very helpful and accommodating. The hotel just opened and everything was pristine, clean and new! The smell of new carpet filled the hall and the rooms were well furnished and had plenty of amenities. The rooftop bar is great! Beautiful new furniture and fabulous fire pits while relaxing and enjoying the city views. Louisa, the manager offered to light the outdoor fire pits even though it was just before closing time. The bartender even offered us the food menu and we were able to order appetizers with our cocktails. Big thanks to Lloyd for watching over everything throughout the evening. They have overnight security on site making sure all is well. Yahima, the Director of Operations has done a great job in putting her team together!

We had bicycles stolen, one was recovered by security. Before booking we were told they had security 6pm-6am and they had cameras. 430 in the morning we look out our window and the bikes were gone. Initial reaction from the front desk attendant was, not my problem, call 911. Didn't offer to help with a non emergency number to police or call for us. Next morning we talk with the assistant manager and she is a brick wall, smirking the whole time. We basically got the middle finger from her with zero help. We weren't looking for a refund but something would have maybe been nice. No points for being a rewards member, no discount, not a damn thing. The signage saying park at your own risk is smaller than a 5x7 headshot and it's hidden in the side of the building, but it's there! She said by offering anything they would assume responsibility for the theft. I've been in the food service industry for 30 years and I would NEVER treat a guest like she treated us. I will never be back there for sure and mention to others traveling to never stay there either. The lack of customer service is pretty sad coming from a higher end hotel such as this. This was a masterclass in how NOT to treat guests. We already got our boilerplate apology email so don't feel the need to respond to this.
