El Sabor

This Spanish good to truck serves great tacos with a smile! Our friend said "This is the best fish taco that I've ever had!"Service is great, tacos are amazing and the price is reasonable. We ordered 2 orders of fish tacos for $12 an order. One order has 4 tacos, which was enough food for two people.The flour tortillas were seared and crisped. The cabbage slaw mixed​ with tender bites of fish and a large slice of avocado on top. It was beautiful and delicious.I loved it! This had the makings of a great lunch: it was a mixture of great textures and fresh ingredients And it was affordable.Definitely come here!

Stopped by this food truck parked along the Santa Fe Trail near the old plaza. Had a special, which was an amazing cod taco with avocado, which was phenomenal. I also got a homemade agua fresca, which was very good and not something I've had before. They offer a lot of good traditional southwest options and have picnic tables with umbrellas.

Toss's a pic up, can't say I didn't like the place it was solid.. cruise through pick up a sandwich enjoy it or not. They serve to taste to asked for more. I liked each bite why complain, you should try it.

We happened across this food truck while we were at Santa Fe Brewing Company and it was....incredible. We ordered the chicken tenders and fries for our 5 year old and we ate everything she left behind, within seconds. Best chicken tenders I've ever had and the fries were top notch. I can only imagine how great the rest of their menu might be. Highly recommend!

Friendly, quick, and delicious! We had the tamale platter, fried roasted artichoke, and the cod tacos. My husband said those were the best artichokes he's ever had, really yummy!

Delicious! I was surprised to see a truck when I pulled up but I'm adventurous and sure enough, jackpot. I hit the delicious mother load! Don't second guess yourself, just do it and enjoy. They are super nice as well.

Tried this due to Yelp reviews. Everyone in our group was happy with their dishes. I had the cod tacos which are pictured here. Nice fresh avocado on top but a little light on the chunks of cod. I would go back to this lunch truck again if I lived in Santa Fe.

Just what the hiking doctor ordered. Stopped in around 1230 the other day as we headed out for an afternoon hike. Got 4 shrimp tacos - nice size with a big slice of avocado and some very tasty shrimp - for $12. Just enough for the two of us. The owners/cooks were super friendly and brought us our order out at the tables. Great food. Great price. Great service.

Arrived early for a concert at The Bridge and found El Sabor's food truck in the parking lot. We ordered the fish tacos and were very impressed with the food and the service. Fresh ingredients, red and green sauces with a nice bite and great flavor overall. Marvelous with a hazy DIPA.

I'm lucky to work about a block away from El Sabor. Not only is the food great but Ever is really nice and he has set up a great area with tables. I have tried about 15 different dishes and everything has been good. My favorite is the shredded chicken tacos but seriously the philly, breakfast burrito, caesar salad, crispy avocado sandwich, huevos rancheros you can't go wrong.
