We just arrived, after trying to get here for 4 days. Illness, trouble with motor home , weather kept us away. Called earlier and they said our spot was still available. A pull thru. We got here and they gave our site away... Gee what now. We have to unhook trailer so bus can fit in tiny area. Not good to their wordAdvertise cable tv but don't have it also.I believe it's more of a permanent park with a couple for transient

We stayed at El Rancho for two weeks while we were visiting in Albuquerque. It is a small and quiet park in the Southeast side of town. The price was reasonable. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. Cable TV for long term stays. The managers were helpful. The spaces are large with patios and full hookups. No extra charge for 50 AMP. All of the roads are paved but a little narrow. Don't arrive in the dark. We would stay here again.

We stayed at El Rancho RV & Mobile Home Park for 4 nights recently while we were in ABQ visiting friends & family. We had a nice back-in site with water, sewer & 30 amp for $30 a night--we had no problems fitting our 28' trailer into the space. The park was quiet & centrally located--we really appreciated being only 15-20 minutes from the Rail Runner station downtown, restaurants & a nice big dog park. Wyoming is a busy street that was a little noisy on Friday & Saturday nights but otherwise no problems. The park is clean & well-kept & the residents were cordial. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Albuquerque.

These jerks screwed me over back in the summer of 2017. Somehow they took down my previous review so I'm writing it again in order to warn fellow RVers to stay away at all costs. There are so many better options in Albuquerque. I had been full timing for over a year at that point and have since stayed in many RV parks around the country but these people are the worst I've ever encountered.I called the day before I planned to arrive and they said they had a space for me so I arrived the next day after driving halfway across the state. When I arrived around noon they said I'd have to wait all day outside the park until they ran a background check around 4 or 5pm, and wouldn't even let me settle in to my reserved space in the meantime. When I asked why they didn't mention this on the phone, the owner instantly turned into a complete condescending jerk, trying to show off in front of his younger female assistant, threw my paperwork back at me across the counter and said he didn't want my business and that I should leave. I was shocked. Needless to say I was more than happy to leave after that! I had to improvise a last minute place to stay but literally anything would have been better than staying at this dump. Also, in case you aren't familiar with Albuquerque, it has one of the highest crime rates in the country and this place is in one of the worst neighborhoods in town. Super sketchy all around, my advice is to STAY AWAY!

This park is centrally located and does the job for a quick trip. We stayed during Balloon Fiesta so the price was more than a typical stay. The spots are small but practical. Just be prepared to back into tight spaces! There are not any picnic tables, grills, laundry, or showers on site- which is a little downer but not a deal breaker. The staff said they were new because of a management turn over. The lady at the office was superb and the guy helped us back into our spot with great ease. Overall it's a good spot to stay for a few days, most residents seem to be long term (mobile homes) with others traveling. We didn't venture out past dark and cannot say anything about the neighborhood- common sense to be aware of surroundings and travel smart. Overall good decent place.
