Einstein Bros. Bagels

Quick and delicious! Ordered and paid ahead, went in picked up and was on my way. Aaaand they got my order correct.

The food was not well made and would have sadden any east Coaster! The bagel was poorly assembled and falling apart in the paper bag. Not a positive experience

Don't bother coming here. The bagel nazi behind the counter on Thursday am wont let you choose which bagels you get when you order a bagel box. What in the world???

I ordered on the app and rode over on my motorcycle, expecting to be able to eat here. No such luck, the dining room was still closed. It's not March of 2000 anymore. COVID is as over as it will ever be. If you want to stay in business, I think it's time to reopen. The food was ok, and I'd have been happy with it if I didn't have to sit outside on the curb to eat it.

My go to! Favorite breakfast place. Easy and convenient. I get it without the red onions and tomatoes.

My family and I stopped in this location while visiting Albuquerque in mid-December 2023. Only one person in our group had ever been to an Einstein Bros before and it was years ago in another state...but that shouldn't matter. The employees here had very little customer service skills. After we ordered they didn't say anything like "Thanks. You can step down there and your order will be ready shortly." They just looked at us like we are supposed to know how their store works so why are we still standing there. We didn't know if the cashier would provide the drink cups (like at other restaurants) and they didn't tell us. So we're wondering when we'll get the cups and from where. After our order was ready we still didn't get drinks and had to ask. One drink was a latte something and they didn't make it for us but pointed to the regular coffee stand. Two out of three of our bagels were made incorrectly and then the employees acted annoyed when we asked for the correct items. My husband had to go back twice because they messed up his sandwich twice. It didn't seem like the employees were communicating and had no synergy as a team. Not a great experience and we won't go back next time we visit Albuquerque.

I feel like I must confess something first before I go into the review. *whispers* I'm not a big bagel fan. WHEW! That felt good to get off my chest! Now onto the review. Now that you know my dark secret I can let you know that what I really love about this place is the coffee. I like it better then a major starry chain place that doesn't need to be named *wink wink*. The Vanilla Hazelnut is my favorite of all their selections. If they ever get rid of it I shudder to think of what I might do...I mean at the very least I would complain a lot. The bagels here are good to just ok. Nothing amazing. They do have a broad selection...IF you get there early. More often then not I find that anytime after about 8-8:30am the selection is lacking from the morning rush. The breakfast sandwiches are ok. The eggs seem microwaved (but I'm not sure) because they are kind of rubbery. Which for me is off putting. So I usually stick with a bagel and schmear OR just that darn good coffee.I've only had lunch here a couple of times and it was so-so. Which is probably why it's only been a couple of times. The app they have is helpful because I usually can get a coffee size upgrade or free treats just for checking in. So if you are a regular definitely look into getting the app.

I had to pick up bagels for the office and this place was close by. I was happy with the service at this location. Even though it was busy they were quick to get my order and they did it with a smile.

We made a online pick up order on Memorial Day and by the time we came into the restaurant the order was ready waiting for us already. So the projected time was correct as well as our order. I had the Nova lox with a sesame bagel and it was tasty, fresh and just delightful. Not sure why this place doesn't have much good reviews. I am a happy customer and will return to Einstein Bros. Bagels definitely again! You can also sit inside and eat there, they have restrooms and parking available. Nice staff as well!
