Einstein Bros. Bagels

I found a hair in my cream cheese....Definitely not a great way to start my day....At least I have orange juice to hold me over now until lunch

A counter-serve bagel place with bagels, coffee, and bagel sandwiches. We ordered two Farmhouse "Signature Eggs" for $6.69 apiece. Those are on a cheesy brown hash gourmet bagel with bacon, ham, cheddar, and country pepper schmear. While waiting, we were told they ran out of the brown hash bagels, so I chose a jalapeño bagel instead. This location had removed all seating options from the store, so it was essentially only to-go at this point with no options for sitting while you waited for the bagels to be made. It obviously isn't COVID-related, since most of the workers weren't wearing masks, nor was there a sign posted asking customers to wear masks. On checkout, you cannot pay with cash, though they still have a cash tip jar where they accept cash. Upon swiping your card, you get a pop-up about a "suggested tip" of $1, $2, $3, or $0 (in that order). The bagel sandwich was good, but since I replaced the standard bagel I'm not sure how the traditional sandwich tastes. Given they ran out of multiple bagel choices in the short time I was there, you cannot pay with cash, you cannot dine in, and there's nowhere to sit while waiting for your order, it's not a very appealing option even for counter-serve bagels.

They need a manager I was the Wednesday and they had the store music going but you could not hear it because the music they were playing behind the counter was so loud. Lots is socializing with each other and not a lot of customer attention. Someone need to pay attention to the reviews and not blow them off.

This place is consistently great. I love their vanilla hazelnut coffee and everyone is so nice. Today I came in to get coffee as a birthday treat and the girl helping me didn't know this, but she gave me a complimentary coffee. It made my day thank you!

No hairnets, rubbing their noses, no gloves. Can't eat inside anymore, no tables or chairs and WORST of all, no more complimentary coffee when ordering on the app. A plain bagel with shmear is now $5 with tax. Yeah, they're out and done. I see no reason to keep the app or an account with them.

I was excited to try this but seems a little over rated... it didn't taste bad just a little plain and burnt compared to my liking. I won't be going back but it's definitely not a bad place it has it's benefits but personally I would rather open my cabinet and make one my own. It's quick and easy stop on the way to work so if your in a rush or want some breakfast quick give this place a visit

I won't be back till this place gets the attention it requires. Everything is dirty and the staff doesn't care. Why would they? The manager sure doesn't care.

No manager or adult really in sight. They talk and mess around with eachother instead of focusing on the 3 orders infront of them. I placed an online order, waited 30 min almost and watched as they made everyone elses order that came after mine. The bagel sandwiches were very messy and my wife's was not cut, and she had a latte that was made before i had even arrived to watch all this madness. Very watered down and gross. The doggie bagel was literally a rock. I slammed it on my counter and still couldnt get it to break for my smaller doggo. Overall there just needs to be someone who A. Has good social skills and B. Can manage a floor properly

Bagels are not like the photo. They are much smaller and my wife ordered a bagel turkey sandwich and it came with everything but turkey! We had to go back and have them add the turkey to the turkey bagel sandwich. How incompetent!

Several costumers this morning, including me, received unsatisfactory food. The bagels were not cut or were missing ingredients included on them, they did not have cream for their coffee yet proceeded to let me order a vanilla cream cold brew (meaning it didnt have any cream like I ordered), they took very very long, the tables were not clean, and the staff was quite rude. One other lady saw her bagel was not cut and asked if the staff could cut it for her. they were super rude and said no cause she already touched it, but of course she had to touch it to take it out of the bag to see it wasn't cut. mostly it was the delivery and how sassy the service was here that will make me never come back.
