Not only am I not recommending Edith or Coors Appliance, I am actively going to put them on blast in every social media I'm a member of. After getting a refrigerator from them, and having to deal with them coming to my house several times in an attempt to fix it, they then took it, gave us a crappy loaner, couldn't fix the original one (didn't call to tell us this), and then the loaner died the same exact way as the first. We lost over $150 worth of food. Finally they say they're giving us our money back and will take the loaner back, but then they give us a check for $200 less than we paid due to "house trips" and a "re-stocking" fee! Restocking what?? The fridge is dead!! Their word means nothing. Their "100 day warranty" means nothing. Their products are horrible. Keep Away from these people!!!

I had pretty much the worst experience ever buying a washer and dryer from Edith Appliance. It kind of kills me to write this review because this locally owned business is exactly the kind of place I want to give my money to. When I first came in I was made an offer I couldn't refuse. James was helpful and super cool. When the set was delivered and installed it wasn't hooked up all the way and started leaking. We thought something was going on with the plumbing and the building manager sent the plumber. That was expensive (for the building, luckily not me) but the plumber was able to locate the problem and tightened the washer's connection. After that there was more leaking and it turns out the hose was full of holes. The shocks broke too. The washing machine was unfixable so they sent me another. In total there were 5 washing machines that were sent and all broke with in 1 or 2 washes. And it's not like I was washing sneakers or huge loads. It's just little old me washing a not quite full load from the week. There were 2 dryers, both worked for about 1 load then started blowing cold air. The 2nd dryer was covered with dust inside. Good thing I checked before I threw all my clean clothes in there. There was one washing machine that did work. It was supposed to be a place holder while my machine was either getting fixed or a new one of comparable value could be sent over. The place holder washing machine was of significantly lesser quality than the one I bought. I didn't hear from Edit Appliance for a couple weeks and had to call and insist they send me something comparable to what I paid for.In dealing with Edith Appliance there were many times I was told my machines were going to be delivered or picked up and no one came. When I called to find out what was going on there was no apology, only "we were busy." Many times my calls weren't returned and so I'd have to go to the shop to find out what was going on. On one occasion I spoke to the owner Dominic and he told me I was "pushy". Well, when you pay $350 dollars for something and you get one broken item after another for several month, no one calls you back or shows up when they say they're going to, I guess I expect to know what's going on. So sorry to be "pushy".Right before my 100 day warranty was about to expire I was put off for a couple weeks. Finally James said he was going to send someone out and surprise, he didn't. I called and was told they were busy and had a pick up scheduled for the next day. The next day no one came and he lied and said we did not schedule a pick up. When I repeated our conversation he said they didn't have a delivery vehicle, which is funny that he would schedule a pick up if there was no delivery vehicle. He then said they actually did have a delivery vehicle and that it was the driver's personal truck. In addition, as the end of the warranty approached I was told that it was probably something in my apartment that was causing problems. In order to cooperate, I got handymen to come in and check the dryer vent and the electric outlets. Everything was fine. Again, if the building I live in hadn't taken care of this it would've meant more expense out of pocket.I finally showed up one more time and spoke to Anna. She was awesome. She apologized for the trouble and promised to work it out. I spoke to her on the phone later that day and she had a completely different story. Now I was expected to pay $45 for them to pick up my washer and dryer to have them fixed. So, for 100 days I get 4 washers and 2 dryers that are so damaged leaving the shop that they can't be fixed and 1 washer that is significantly lower in quality than what I paid for and then they expect me to start giving them money. I might have even considered doing so if nothing but broken equipment hadn't been sent to me and if I hadn't been put off so many times. What a horrible mistake it was going to Edith Appliance. So what to do? Take them to small claims court? Call the Better Business Bureau? That's a lot of extra work for me although totally worth it if others are spared the same experience I had. What a shame. Refurbishing appliances is a wonderful idea for a business. I would have been so happy to recommend these guys to everyone I know.

I'm extremely pleased with my experience with Coors Appliance (Edith Appliance). They were very attentive, fast, handled everything with a friendly disposition. Dominic and Paloma have great customer service, a desire to help, and no grumpy bad attitude. Anna as well, she was very helpful. They're positive and helpful approach are rare in customer service. I would recommend then when you're looking for previously owned appliances! I went to the location on Coors and I'm very happy with my washer and dryer!

I bought a dryer from Coors appliance and it only lasted 5 months. The owner at Edith appliance location didn't want to replace it. I was able to fix it myself by getting the heating element on Amazon for $25 . All you need a socket screwdriver and 45 minutes of your.I wouldn't recommend buying anything from either location since they don't last. Look somewhere else or Utube the repair instructions .

Be aware Edith Appliance Will not honor there warranty if it's within a few days during the Covid virus. As other appliance stores and companies are honoring the warranty to help their customers That have been impacted by the virus.I purchased the fridge raider early April moved it to my house. Plugged it in and had to walk away from the house for three months due to Hazard condition caused by a Sewage leak. My warranty of the hundred days had expired by seven days when I first went in and they refused to honor their warranty.. I was told I could pay to have the fridge brought to their store they would try to fix it at full cost to me.I requested through Facebook marketplace to the owner to make it right into the store manager and both times they refused to honor the warranty.

Buyer beware! I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing washer and dryer from them. Washer leaking on the floor less than 3 weeks after install. Asked for a replacement as their refurbishing clearly wasn't done properly. Asked if they still had my old stackable that they took, never got a straight answer. Owner said I was making unreasonable requests and blamed my drain for the water leak. Never had water leaks with old washer. Owner said he was the one who did the install and there was no problems, I guess he forgot there was water on the floor after he installed it. At the time, he said it was from hooking up the hoses.

Paule I cannot recommend this place at ALL I asked to speak to the owner because my fridge was delivered without handles or a drawer water and ice wasn't working, it started leaking water and the dishwasher couldn't be installed by the person I paid because there was no electrical plugThey kept saying they were coming and by day 4 I asked to speak to the owner I was mad because the water damage from the leak The owner, who had previously said he would send someone out, started arguing with me about what he had told me about delivery (an entirely different issue) before I could even get to the rest of it and then told me that I had to find a way to pay someone to take it back to the store if I wanted the 90 day warranty (on something that was delivered defective) to be honored.

These guys are really developing a bad reputation. They sell machines that are poorly refurbished for re-sale. And when they break right away they do everything they can to avoid honoring their warranties. Not to mention they are extremely rude. Its pretty simple. Don't buy from here because you will probably get burned.
