I want to give a shout out to this young man Bryan who was very helpful courteous professional and very polite. My car broke down on central after getting my haircut and thank goodness for road assistance. I appreciate Bryan for taking me home and towing my car. He was also very helpful and respectful Someone needs recognize this young man Great worker!! Carmen

My stolen vehicle was recovered by APD and it was towed to Eagle, they asked $188 for them to release it to me. I called my mechanic to have Eagle tow it to his shop less than a mile away that same day since they charge $16 a day it's kept in their lot. They failed to deliver the same day, my mechanic called to follow up. They won't answer the phone. They didn't answer the phone the next day either. I finally got through today, the third day. They promised to deliver now. We'll see if they actually do. They should pay me $16 a day every day they fail to deliver. I will post an update.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with!!! My vehicle was stolen but then recovered, I wanted to have it removed from the property it was found but but the thief still had the key fob, so I asked the police if they could have it towed until I could figure out where to take it to switch the ignition. They called this company, one THEY use. When it came time to pick up the van, I had a copy of my registration, my ID and the police report, and they still would not release my vehicle. The lien holder had to email proof that it was MY VEHICLE!!! I thought having it stolen was the nightmare.

Professional service and nice man who came to my assistance. I had called AAA for roadside assist. They contacted another company who didn't even bother to say they would not be coming. No call back from AAA either. When I called to see when help would arrive had to wait for them to call the first company. 2 1/2 hours I waited for help. The driver from Eagle called me, himself, to see how much gas I needed. And then brought double that amount for my long wait. He was there in 40 minutes of my call to AAA and called once and texted that he had the gas and was on the way. So again. THANK YOU, EAGLE TOWING!
