If I could give you a NEGATIVE 5 I would. Worst place I have ever lived. The management is horribleThere is no security Worthless maintenance staffThe apartment was dirty when we moved in.Can't see out of my bedroom windows because there is so much moisture damage. Counter has been cracked since day 1.2nd bathroom ceiling is leaking water.Master bedroom shower was broken when we moved in. Water was not on in the master bedroom when we moved in, turned it on to realize the toilet was leaking so they turned it off so we wouldn't notice I guess? The appliances are old and falling apart. You pay for parking and they don't enforce the policy when someone parks in your stall so basically you pay for someone else to park there. My vehicle got towed overnight from a stall that I paid for! Oh and the rent prices have continued to go up even though the gym and pool have been closed for a year and nothing in our unit has been fixed.I could go on and on and on.See for yourself in all the photos below. These pictures were taken when we moved in 2 years ago and it's the same way today after countless complaints.Don't move here if you have any self respect.

If I could give zero stars I would. My oldest daughter with our youngest two walk out to our car in daylight this morning and there is a lady in her car trying to jack it with the insides torn up. The units were on the news last week for crime spree. It took two weeks from the first call to gEt someone ou ut to try to looK at a leaking washer. Their phones at the front desk " don't work". We leave messages we call emergency maintenance I called for three hours every ten minutes after my kids and the car weeds being jacked. No one answered. I asked to get out of my lease for safety of my family and they still want 2 months rent. They have police living here and it hasn't stopped anything. Do. Not lease here. They lie to you crime is out in the open and they won't return your call or fix maintenance tenancy issues. They told us they don't have many issues in their complex when we moved in. What a lie. They donn even have sexurity cameras in the parking lots or around the buildings. Please do not rent here. Not if you vaKue your family or your safety. As seen the supposed manager replied about our concerns. Previously I sent an email to her shortly after I wrote this review without receiving a response. It would appear their response on yelp is to show they are responsive and caring. To this day I have yet to receive any contact from her. Putting a reply on yelp without following up with the actual person is nothing more than lip service. My wife walked out in the middle of the night last week and there was a drug deal going on in the parking lot. There are no lights in the parking areas and no cameras or even fake cameras to deter this. They have our contact information they still fail to contact us. These responses are purely to give the perception that they are dealing with the problems.

Do NOT move into these apartments. The first day I moved in I didn't have a fridge, and it took them 24 more hours to get it. Couldn't store any food. The same day, they gave us the wrong copy of the key THREE times, leaving us locked out and blamed it on us saying that we took the "master key". Any problem we had seemed like a huge burden to them when in reality it's their job to fix these issues. Maintenance is AWFUL. Not only are they rude and inconvenienced by me, they have no idea what they're doing. My toilet was clogged 3 times and flooded twice. When I called the emergency number, it took maintenance an hour to come out to our apt. Then when they finally did, they took the toilet out and we couldn't use the restroom for a whole day. When I called to check on the status of our toilet, they assured me maintenance would be there right away. Took another hour for them to "fix" it... and then the toilet got clogged again the next day. These apartments are horribly maintained. There are screws sticking out of the walls, awful plumbing, drywall patches to cover god knows what, electrical problems, cockroaches/spiders everywhere, ant trails in my bedroom, the list goes on... Plus the exterior/landscaping is horribly maintained as well. There are leaves and trash everywhere. I decorated for Halloween and they told me I wasn't allowed to have pumpkins on my balcony. Really?? Not to mention the paper thin walls - the apartment shakes from my neighbor's bass daily. We can hear the conversations of our neighbors and the footsteps upstairs. The garbage disposal sucks. It started leaking underneath the sink and maintenance takes at least 3 days to come out and fix things so my boyfriend had to fix it himself. Parking is AWFUL. If you get home any later than 5 pm, expect to park far away from your apartment or on the main street where there's heavy traffic. Not only that, but the parking spaces are very small and compact. And the whole complex is not lit at all. You can't see where you're going or if there are any pedestrians. It is a HUGE safety concern. The "amenities" should be all-inclusive given how pricey these apartments are. However, you have to pay a $50 fee just to use the gym. This is ridiculous. To sum things up, we've just had problems from day one. These apartments look appealing but maintenance issues and lack of functionality make these apartments awful. The amount we pay is way too much to be inconvenienced this much. Please save yourself the trouble and keep looking.

Note I have pictures but Yelp will not upload. I have been here since august 15,2022. I have had nothing problems since day 1. I was promised the 3-bedroom I was getting was newly remodeled. Walked in on first day and found kitchen cabinets doors were hanging by a thread. As I tried to unpack one upper cabinet door fell off in my hand and almost hit me in the face. Other doors would not close and had major water damage under sink. I called and complained about this and was met with silence for 2 weeks and was then told they were looking into it. To this day the issues have not been fixed appropriately. On Labor Day weekend I had gone out of town and left my special needs son alone. We then found out why people keep leaving. Our laundry room, tubs, and toilets backed up with grey water from all the other apartments in the building. This was a weekly issue that would cause flooding until they snaked the lines and started blaming all the tenants for causing the issue. The grey water resolved but we continue to get flooding from laundry room into kitchen, baths etc. it took until Nov. 1 when they realized the tree roots and sewer pipes were clogged and broken. They replaced it but are still getting water under cabinets and some in the laundry room. I have continually complained that I need compensation for all the times I was put out and increased anxiety for my son but all I get is we can't or we are looking into it. I was told they would get me a covered spot to make up for things if I let them know slots that no one was using. I sent in a email about and next thing I see every slot filled by other renters and no response. I should get paid for doing their job for them. In other words all you get is hot air promises that have no weight. Do not lease here... not worth the money or issues.. go elsewhere!!

This place is terribl, staff get kick backs for Towing so they do whatever they can to take your vehicle. Then they are rude and crappy about it. There is no parking because they don't regulate how many vehicles per household. You may get stuck parking a few streets over, so if it's late at night good luck, and late is 7pm because that's when all parking is full.

So far we are 3 Months into living here. We've had a very nice time and experience living here . All the staff is nice and very helpful . I've noticed there's not an updated review . I have the renovated 2 bed 2 bath. Very nice and worth it going for the upgraded apartments. Everything worked on day 1 and is still working great. Zero bug issues . No loud crazy neighbors. Very peaceful and quiet. I would 10/10 recommend living here. Expensive but worth it . You get what you pay for. 12/4/24 .

I never thought I'd leave a review here on Yelp but here goes:This complex has one the most frustrating and non-responsive staffs that I've ever encountered. Whether it's constant water shutoffs (essentially one per week and as I write this, we're on hour 3 of no water on a Sunday morning with 0 correspondence from the community), a maintenance line that never picks up the phone (emergency maintenance number sends you back to the main prompt for the complex) or a staff that just refuses to return phone calls after leaving multiple messages, i ask myself every day why I was dumb enough to pay 1450+ per month on a one bedroom apartment. When it came time to renew my lease here, they require a 60 day notice which is understandable. However, in my past experiences with every other complex I've lived in I've received correspondence from the complex warning that my expiration date is approaching and letting me know that renewal options are posted online. But of course, here I get a call approximately 35 days before my lease is up not only letting me know that options are posted (a 20% rent increase) but if I want to move out, I'll have to pay them an a prorated 25 days worth of rent (at a month to month charge of course) because they require a 60 day notice. Of course, during this time I had no issues getting ahold of the complex regarding my money they'd be taking. Overall I really do hope that something is done with the complex in general. I will say the amenities and area are decent but if the staff can't get things turned around here, I'm sure they'll be losing a lot of long time residents (which I'm sure isn't a bother as it's just another excuse to jack rent by 20-25% when they leave)

The problems started shortly after we moved in. The water is constantly getting shut off. Bugs found in and around the apartment. There's never parking if you get out of work late and you have to pay an additional fee on top of your rent if you want covers or reserved parking. The pool and pool area is filthy, the hot tube is green and it smells like sewage. The girls at the front act fake and are rarely any help. I don't recommend moving here and will be moving out as soon as our lease is up, very tempted to break the lease for how unhappy I am living here.

I wish I read yelp reviews Instead of googles before leasing with these apartments. We were up all night due to LOUD scurrying above our heads in our master bedroom early in the week. I called first thing in the morning and unfortunately it sounds like if it's not being taken care of today it will be by Friday which to me is a long time. It's going to be 3 whole nights of this with my baby. Also so many cheap repairs have been made. I feel like I'm having to put work orders in back to back. They take about a week or longer to even come and look at the repair. Front office staff seemed so kind and helpful in the beginnin. Unfortunately now I can't get ahold of anyone for days even after leaving messages. Due to the high monthly cost for the "upgraded" apartments it was CHEAPLY done as well as any repairs that were taken care of. My expectations were much higher for the monthly amount. There is almost no parking at all times. So we have to park across the way and walk across two smaller main roads. I've even thought about renting the parking garages they have here and they have not been available for months.Update on rats: Friday comes and now we start also experiencing an ant issue. Pest control comes and starts setting traps on the floor (mind you I have a crawling toddler that I'm carrying in my arms) then I said the issue with the rats in the attic not in the apartment. I kid you not, I was told they do nothing about the rats in the attic unless they enter the apartment itself. That if they placed traps in the attic it would make it hard for them to remove the rats that were caught. I recommend not getting an apartment on the second floor.
