Picked up my custom glass window on time and perfectly was the measured correct size. Staff answered all my questions regarding installation and assisted loading window into my truck. Thanks again!

I went in with a project I needed done. Cutting a glass I had picked up at an estate sale to put in my Motorhome. The price to do the job $40, which I believed to be reasonable. Lady on the right at the door was on the ball with the right questions, getting my quote, & taking it to the back to get guys to ensure they could do the job. My rating is based on her good customer service skills. Now that said I got a call couple hours later to come get my glass, because the guy that took it in didn't check it properly for Tempered glass. The guy who had to do the job figured it out quickly, but didn't break it. Lady at front apologized & returned my money. She also showed me the products they could make for me if I decided to abandon the tempered glass project.Did the job get done? NoDid I feel they cared about me as a customer? Yes.If I have another glass project would I give them my business. Yes.

I so wanted to be happy with Dwights but they seem to be incapable of sealing the window frames that they installed... which defeats the purpose of new windows. I had double-pane industrial weight glass doors and windows installed, at great expense. The first problem was sand and leaves coming in around the glass due to huge gaps in the frame. When it is cold outside I have big draughts (enough to make the curtains flutter) coming thru in several places. They have been out several times seem to unable to make the windows draft-free. This is truly shocking to me that a company would install heavy-duty windows and not seal the frames.

I WAS going to do business with the company, But the receptionist that answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY UNPREFESSIONAL. WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYONE to do business with Dwight's glass and Mirror. I would rate ZERO stars if available.

Dwight's did an excellent job on our new shower doors. They measured and installed accurately and quickly. Got us exactly what we wanted and had great customer service from start to finish . The employees who installed were professional and had tips on which cleaners to get to maintain/clean the glass. Highly recommend this company!

When receptionist answered, she was short and rude. I will continue with the quote, however if their service is as bad as the customer service I received over the phone, I will not continue with them.

Dwight's Glass was one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had. I strongly suggest finding another vendor.A glass shower door broke in my house, and I needed a replacement. I measured the other glass door to get the specifications necessary. When I went into Dwight's, they informed me that they could give me a ballpark estimate with my measurements, but they would need to send an estimator out to take their own measurements. There was no mention that this was an extra fee. The estimator came out and took the measurements, and then the price quote came back with a $50 fee - that apparently was supposed to be a $100 fee to measure. Unsurprisingly, my measurements and the estimator's measurements were the same. They also wanted $250 for delivery and installation, allegedly because I would require a special trip to the east mountains. Despite the fact that every time they scheduled someone to come out, they had to wait until that team was already in the east mountains. I told them I did not want delivery or installation.The glass came in improperly cut and severely bowed. The installation took roughly 10 minutes. I spent more time gathering tools and supplies than I did installing the glass. When I called back to tell them that, they were highly defensive, implying I had done something wrong. They sent the estimator back out, who was immediately defensive, telling me he measured everything twice. I knew his measurements were correct because I had the exact measurements and that the glass was cut incorrectly. They suggested that I band-aid or live with the problem. I told them that was unacceptable, at which point he finally measured it and exclaimed the glass was incredibly out of specification.They re-ordered the glass, and when it came in, I asked that they deliver it so that if there were any other issues, they could deal with it onsite. Seemingly understanding, they reported they "totally understood". Shame on me for not asking explicitly what that meant, I was surprised with a $300 delivery fee after the fact.

My family recently had a bad experience with Dwight's Glass and Mirror on Alameda. When we initially called to have glass replaced and four screens rescreened we were told it was $12 a screen - even after I gave Tracy in sales the measurements.Once the order was complete it was quoted as $650!! Tracy then told us the workers who assessed the glass replacement decided it would take time. Having personally replaced many small panes in my home I know it does take $600 worth of time. In the end we had to pay $300 for the glass to be cut and the screens to be rescreened. Even the delivery man told us to double check the cost as he couldn't believe what his company charged us.Moral of the story: incompetent or dishonest? You decide.

Have purchased twice from Dwight's before. Always expensive but was the only choice in Albuquerque. Just bought a 14" x 23" piece of 1/8" seeded glass for $70 and when they brought it to our car it was unwrapped. The clerk said they never wrap the glass even though they always did in the past. Order online instead. Stay away from this place.
