Dutch Bros Coffee

Great drinks, but the store looked a pretty messy. The girl who helped us seemed a little clueless, she took our payment and then didn't say anything, so we just stood there. She then goes "there's someone behind you". Weird interaction to say the least, had she at least said "this will be out shortly" would've been less confusing. Kinda awkward, but she did her job minus the bad customer service. Other staff seems better then the people working today.

A few tips when visiting...1. The walk-up window takes less than half the time than the drive-thru2. The menu has tons of options!3. They put lots of ice in their drinks, (even when you ask them not to)4. Subscribe to alerts to receive news on specialty days5. Make sure you have plenty of time to wait because once you're in the queue, you're stuckMy last trip here I waited an hour and a half because "the line didn't look that long". Is the coffee good? Sure! My favorite is the annihilator with soft top.

Really not impressed, I want to support new businesses but when the experience doesn't match the effort and time spent in line, I can't justify the cost. First of all the entrance to the dive thru wasn't completely clear, there were 2 lines but only one order taker, the customer couldn't have been the key consideration when this was set up. The order taker was pleasant but when I asked how much ice was in the mocha he said 1/2 ice. When I got the medium drink the ice was overflowing the top of the container. The mocha tasted more like plain iced chocolate milk than anything else. The barista, when asked for a napkin acted like I asked for her first born, and was given a piece of paper towel very unpleasant person. Never got a receipt didn't know how much I paid for the drink. Too many service fo paus. Can't understand how customer service isn't of primary concern when competing with sbks. Another reason for concern is that I own shares of BROS. this was only my second time thru, I'll try it again sometime in the future.

What a difference this visit compared to the last one at the first Dutch Bros off Unser in Rio Rancho. I remember the only complaint I had was how many people were there in the drive thru. This time there were only a few cars (less than 5) it was great. I immediately able to drive up and get my order placed.I wasn't sure at first what to order. I wanted something new but I also wanted a mocha. The dude taking my order gave me couple suggestions and I settled with his suggestion of a "Trifecta". When he said there was a version similar to a frappe from Starbucks well I was sold. I ordered a medium because the large my last visit was a bit too much for me. The price was much less than a similar frappe from Starbucks. The medium cup also seemed a little larger than that place too.The Trifecta I'm told has mocha with white chocolate and another chocolate? I'm not one hundred percent sure but let me tell you it was good! So good in fact had to try and avoid slurping it too fast so I wouldn't get a brain freeze. These guys were running efficiently and the main reason I went was because I was in the area and saw how low the line was. So I was in and out and got a tasty drink. Well worth the price!

Today, around 10AM, after placing my order with the line walker, my child's school called to tell me they had received a head injury and needed to be picked up to be evaluated for a concussion by his pediatrician. I quickly called the ped while I was waiting, and when I reached the pickup window, immediately apologized to the brorista for being on the phone and asked for quiet. The response to this was to repeatedly ask me loud questions until my drink came up, and to scream at my car as I was driving away "DON'T DO OUR DRIVEWAY ON THE PHONE." I recognize that it's not perfect line etiquette, but for petes sake folks, show some human empathy that maybe it doesn't impact you not to have to chit chat but it will make the world of difference if someone can do something that's come up and is more pressing than making small talk through a window.Do yourself a favor, if you've got the craving, go to the location on 550, they're always so nice.

Awesome!!! Have to come try this place out as it is new and lots of drinks to choose from. Welcome to Rio Rancho They have a Red Bull drink AMAZING!!!!The line is long but was not to bad of a wait. Staff was great and the drinks are great too The strawberry lemonade is amazing too!!Sorry, they do overfill the drinks with ice!! Why why!

We were so worried about checking out Dutch Bros Coffee during their opening week because there has been such a big buzz about them opening that we were sure we would be in for a big wait. Plus new businesses always have a period of needing to iron out the kinks!We were SHOCKED! Despite long lines, things moved extremely quickly and we were in and out in five minutes with a correct order and no issues!We are fans of plain, well roasted coffee so we ordered two large coffees and a small decaf for our group. The coffee was delicious! It is not bitter at all and was very enjoyable without sugar or cream! We would definitely go back again!

Love love love. Everyone here has such a good vibe and they're all so friendly. I look forward to going and getting my coffee here every morning on my Albuquerque trip!

Only took 55 minutes to get our order todayThese words are the reason some don't go to Dutch Bros. I'll admit i steer clear as well when I'm on a time tableBut i did enjoy their new eggnog latte todayDB is an experience. Bubbly workers sporting Converse chuck taylor basketball shoes taking and logging orders on high tech mobile devicesAnd the nagging fear of possibly being shut-in because the entry line of cars blocks the exit !(Happened today)Practice patience while here, kinda like rush hour in a big city , challenges included !

I loved the staff they are so amazing and the drinks are made so wonderfully! I wish they didn't take off the artistic stickers from the drive through because the sun beat plastic looks so tacky.
