Dutch Bros Coffee

I came to this Dutch Bros recently and had a horrid experience. I have had DB once or twice and wasn't blown away by the quality but it's so close to home I figured I might find something I liked and could come regularly. They have two lanes and there was a car in each lane. I pulled into the first lane and a couple seconds later a car pulled into second lane. The order person was taking first lane car's order, then went over to second lane car and took their order. Then they took the order of the car that pulled in AFTER me. Ok no biggie maybe she didn't see that I had pulled in first. Well after she took that second car's order, she went inside! I was still sitting there thinking ummm....well maybe she was getting a different iPad, I dunno, whatever. So. I stayed where I was. I expected somebody to come back out. No one did! Another car came up and honked at me and then raced ahead to the window..So then I figured ok no one's coming, I'll go to the window like the other car. I pulled up to the window and the overly cheerful cashier was like hi how's your day how are you what's your ssn, all the typical Dutch Bros interaction. I said I had been out there waiting and the person went inside without even looking in my direction. She said oh well we take turns being outside so no one gets too cold and she was scheduled to come in at 10 By that point it was like 10:05. Not a sorry to go eff yourself, just a ¯_(ツ)_/¯.Everyone is entitled to a break. But if you're a customer service person, my god, if there is one person in line, at least acknowledge them. She coulda told me hey I'm going inside, order at the window. There are no instructions anywhere. I thought I was having a stroke.Like I said, I live close by so it coulda been my new spot but the Dunkin half a block away has much better customer service and the Starbucks 1/4 a mile down has better coffee.

Do not order light ice at this location. It's the only location in ABQ that will only fill your cup 3/4 if you order your drink that way. So basically you're paying for a M.

I am a huge fan of Dutch bros and I am a frequent customer to the locations in Rio rancho. I recently moved and this location was the closest to me. I have visited many times and they haven't gotten my drink right a single time, either the size is wrong, they use the wrong kind of tea, they forget the soft top, or they make me the wrong drink. Not only are the drinks wrong but I have had multiple interactions with rude and uninterested broistas. Especially the large male with the Afro who never seems to want to work or be polite. I wish the locations in Albuquerque were held at the same standard as the locations in Rio rancho. I highly recommend you make the drive because this location is not worth the time or money.
