We love Dutch Bros! We don't have one near us so this is always our first stop! Staff is always friendly

Very fast service! We ordered a large order here from work and they made it super quick! I try something new each time. The menu is HUGE! Today I opted for the golden eagle with white coffee and a soft top iced. It is very good! A coworker got a blended golden eagle and she loves it too! They even put these hard stickers over the top so they won't spill! Definitely will be back to try more flavors!

Jake was AMAZING with his many suggestions and great customer service! give this guy a raise! ty Jake!!!

Only coming on here to say - we have came here every single day for the Double Torture. Incredible.

SLOW AF.... 4 cars ahead of us and it took 40 minutes to reach the window. Then we waited another 8 minutes to actually receive our drink. It seems like this a common problem here. This the 2nd time having to wait to long to receive anything. The night before we waited over 30 minutes at another location. We decided to try another DB all together. This is the reason we chose this local. Seriously, had we not already payed we would have driven off. Zero Stars on speed and drink quality, the barista area looked messy. I'm out on DB here in the ABQ

Friendly service and quick delicious drinks! I had the Rebel strawberry-peach-coconut and my husband had the new caramel pumpkin brûlée freeze with an extra shot of espresso. These drinks did not disappoint on a warm September afternoon :-)

First off the person who took our order in line told us our total was $12.51 and then walked away and selected her own tip as the amount charged to my card was over $14 additionally I got the cookie dough freeze which had no pieces of cookie dough at all and none of the chocolate lining around the cup

I ordered an iced cocomo like always. The woman in the drive thru asked if I wanted it over ice. I said no. I do not want it over ice or any chunks of ice in my drink. She said if I make it with out ice it is called cold. So I said that's fine. When I get to the window the drinks were room temp. I explained to the window person that it should be cold. She did not offer to fix anything. Over $16 for 2 room temp coffees. I go to dutch qbqros alot. But honestly don't go to this location coors and fortuna

The wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I waited in line for just about 40 minutes or so for two subpar drinks. I will not be coming back to this location. Even after getting to the window you can see that they were fully staffed. This was the worst experience I've had coming to Dutch Bros by far.
