OMG I came here, ordered the breakfast tacos and was blown away. They were fantastic - great sauce, super fresh and absolutely delicious. And I've had a lot of breakfast tacos LOL. Them I found out they've only just started serving breakfast so they're kicking it!!! Totally go!

Friendly staff, clean place, many options, low on stuff in the display case, chai was decent! Cupcake was dry. Icing was yummy.

This dough is made with love. One of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had. Get it warmed up! Soft, pillowy dough with just the right amount of cinnamon and icing. Divine. Great coffee too!

Dulce used to be an easy 5 star business and is now a 3.5 star since staff took over ownership. The same 5-star products and great staff- but the new philosophy is to run out of things at noon or before, and stay open til 3. The POINT of a bakery is that ingredients are cheap and you're spending 10 cents to make something you sell for $5. So you CAN make enough for all and get larger profit EVEN IF you may end up with 'extras' at the end of the day. There were no fewer than 6 people who walked in for the just-10-minutes while I was there at 2 PM to be greeted by not a single pastry on the shelves, and two of them turned around immediately after walking in. After driving all the way over for the items this business sells...I know the feeling. IMAGINE how much money (& return loyalty) is lost every day. I fear that will have a long term effect, the more people let it sink in that 'they're probably out of what you went there to buy' a good 3-4 hours before closing time. Still love this place and all the goodies they make... I'd just like to be able to buy those great baked goods far more often, within the reasonably expected business hours.The rum caramel bread pudding is MIND ALTERING, the Cardamom Coffee Cake is DELIRIUM GIVING, the 'Birdie' is my favorite coffee drink in town, and everyone knows the blueberry muffins (including the gluten free ones) are the best around! Let's hope they return to a commitment to Quantity as WELL as Quality!

New to Santa Fe. Place across the street was out of plane croissants so decided to try Dulce.Great choice. Dolce was almost out as well. Perfect croissant. Lots of shards if you know what I mean. Delicious! But even more exceptional was the Chi Tea. The absolute best I've ever had. Special Chi from Colorado. No idea of a Colorado chi but it was awesome! I will be a regular now! Thanks Dolce! Job well done!

Consistently fresh and tasty pastries, cakes and pies. I enjoy coming to Dulce for their fantastic scones and muffins. The coffee menu is extensive, too. Everything is perfectly baked and delicious. The staff here are warm and friendly. If they have banana walnut muffins in stock, go for them. Best muffins anywhere!

I've found the quality of baked goods and coffee drinks served at Dulce go from so good to puzzlingly disappointing since ownership changed. Now, I can only comment on the regular items I pickup, so if you read this, bare that in mind.Recently, I've experienced partially unbaked croissants, over baked and smaller than normal blueberry muffins, and burnt cheese danish. I was also surprised and upset that a new menu item, spinach feta croissant was not advertised as using goat cheese feta, which I can't stomach so I had to toss out after the first bite.For the drinks, The last few times I ordered a 16oz latte, the cups have been 1/3 foam or if I ordered something flavored, it was so sweet that you could barely taste the espresso. I miss the quality from before but I'm hoping what I've experienced might just be a fluke.

When living in Santa Fe, I frequented Dulce Capital. Their coffee and pastries are delicious and service is always friendly. When selecting a wedding cake, my husband and I ordered a red velvet from Dulce because the bakery holds a special place in our hearts. The cake was delicious: very moist and lovely cream cheese frosting. Dulce made a beautiful and simple red velvet cake, and left of the embellishments, just as we requested. We loved it!
