I purchased a Gas mask Bong as a gift from Duke City Vapor on Coors. Well, it turns out the bong had a big broken piece. I went back to speak to someone about it a couple of days later after the purchase. I was Greeted By the most DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, FULL OF ATTITUDE YOUNGSTER. I have kids this boys age. When I tried explaining what was wrong, I couldn't even get in a word besides saying it was broken. When he LASHES OUT "IT WASN"T BROKE WHEN I SOLD IT TO YOU." My response of course was I am sorry but yes it was. I told him I have no reason to lie to you. He got defensive and argumentative. He told me at least the gas mask part still works. OKAY I PAID FOR A FULL PRODUCT NOT HALF OF ONE. I found myself in this situation I didn't want to be in. I AS RESPECTFUL AS POSSIBLE given the circumstance, asked if I could speak to management or the owner, He had the nerve to let out a laugh and when I asked for the owners Name, HE LAUGHS AGAIN saying "YOU CAN FIGURE THAT OUT ON YOUR OWN." I am thinking this is UNBELIEVABLE. I said I will do that. on my way out HE COMES OUTSIDE SLAMS THE DOOR BEHIND HIM cussing and walks into the Conjoining room attached to the building. I tried calling the number I found online NO answer, I also tried calling the other locations trying to find out who I can speak to and no answer. After a couple attempts, I stopped calling and tried my best to go about my day. Which was hard, I couldn't wrap my head around how this business could allow a person like that to have any customer contact. When I asked his name Of course he wouldn't tell me that either. But since he was the one that sold me the product, I see there was a name on my Receipt. Josh Mitchell is the name on my receipt you can't miss him he is a youngster with dark hair and green eyes. NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AS LONG AS HE IS EMPLOYED WITH THEM. I'll stick with "JUST VAPE" where I get above and beyond great service and respect.

I purchased a jar of CBD cream for a family member to try. I later found out it had less than 1% CBD. Over 99% of the product was filler. Not worth the approx $100 price I paid last year. Seems like quite a rip off. I can buy fillers at Walgreens. I haven't been back.

First off, they are now my "go to" place for my ecig goodies because their selection is amazing. Their ecig liquids smell/taste exactly like their namesake: Skittles, Rockstar energy drink, waffles with syrup....lots to choose from!!The staff were awesome, extremely nice and very knowledgeable. If you have a chance to check them out, do it! Lots of tank options, accessories, etc etc etc

No!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please do not go here. They do not deserve the business. I had a battery explode on me while driving, from a unit I bought from them. Blew up and burned in the car, I had to pull over and throw it in the bed of my truck, burned my skin and everything. I went in to talk to them about it and they had NO sympathy. Their customer service is a joke!

Great service. My thanks to P who listened, asked questions and helped me to find a CBD product to help my old dog. She is resting comfortably right now and I appreciate him helping me make the wait for the vet appointment for her home passing to the bridge easier on the both of us.

Nice spot for vape and cbd. They always have a good selection of mods and eliquid. They also have a good selection of cbd. I get my cbd pain cream and edibles here.

I walked in there with the hopes of finding some good product. Come to find out that everything is way over priced and with websites offering free shipping. Its hard to find myself supporting local businesses. All of their clearomizers and cartomizers are going for $15 plus when the exact same ones are going to for $5 plus online. Their ejuice is way over priced. It only costs like $6 to make 60ml of ejuice yourself. and they sell it for $30 plus... customer service could be better...

DONT give them your money. I purchased an expensive mod and had immediate problems the young man who there argued about their policy hence I returned the following day I asked for a refund they outright refused. This business is unethical unprofessional and is never getting a dime from me

Horrible place! Never will I shop here again! Bought an ecig for over 100 dollars and the piece of crap broke 2 days later. Went back and they said it was my fault that it broke when clearly the punk who sold it to me tightened it too tight. Owner and his brother in law are con artists. Wish I could rate this 0 stars.
