Duke City Urgent Care - Albuquerque

Excellent all around. I saw Gina, she was very kind and understanding and gave me ideas of what I need to do to fix the issue and then quick to discharge. I made a reservation online which is wonderful and the receptionist was so very sweet. Your triage know what they are doing and are efficient. I really just can't say enough about how wonderful this group is and the room was cleaned before I was put into it which I really appreciated. Thanks again everyone for your kindness and Professionalism.

Even though I am in healthcare, like mostPeople I dislike going to the doctor, dentist, etc. if I do go it's usually kicking & screaming or I've got something really needing medical care. So here I am. This was a better option than either the ER or waiting to get an appt with my Dr. Made my appt online, showed up at the appropriate time. What I couldn't get accomplished with the check-in, the receptionist finished. She took paperwork I couldn't scan in and made phone calls to get authorization for care and medications. After a brief wait a paramedic to triage me. Then back to the lobby to wait. For those fortunate enough to never need er/urgent care waiting for care is part of the process. Patients are seen by severity of their problem. My problem today is low priority. In most ERs wait is measured in hours. Hint: those billboards advertising short wait times are misleading - ya gotta read the fine print. That time is from when you check in until you see a medical staff member who's going to triage you. Waiting to be seen by a doctor - well the wait is going to be longer. Life threatening emergencies trump your sprained ankle - now if it's hanging on by a small strip of skin you may be seen sooner (if so take pics& send them to me). Seen by a knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner with a sense of humor. She did a quick exam, drained the abscess and gave me care instructions. We were out the door at 1:30ish. In the grand scheme of things we were in & out quickly. Care was as good as I expected and happy we went there.

Needed some help with a non-emergency medical issueMy wife had been here before so i gave it a shot.Very good care from start to finish and they patched me up nicely Stringent cleanliness standards was a plus and I definitely recommend a visit, great alternative to other urgent care sit-and-waits.

As someone who never goes to the doctor because it's not worth the wait or cost - duke city was a pleasant surprise. They were quick. The staff from start to end was kind and went above and beyond. This is definitely my new go to when needed.

Jennifer is the best PCP! I live almost 45 mins away (opposite side of town) and I don't mind making the drive to see her, she is totally worth it! She takes all of my concerns seriously and goes above and beyond! She's very knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and so easy to talk to! It can be so hard finding providers that check all the boxes... but Jennifer absolutely does! Best provider I've ever had

I went to the urgent care on Saturday 3/23/24. They were quick, and professional. They helped me with everything that I needed and were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Don't worry about making an appointment, it's a worthless endeavor. 5 people went in before me, my appointment was for 1:20. I have been here for 20 min. I just overheard the receptionist say we don't make appointments it is first come first serve. The other guy that came in after me is still here. 3 other people have been invited back, all came in after me and the other guy still sitting here....

called to ask general questions cause i never visited this office and i was referred to this place but the woman on the phone seemed so bothered to answer any of my questions and told me to call other numbers.. wish i got her name but was disappointed with the interaction. and i this was gonna be my place to go but if you're new to this location or thinkin about coming here, seems like the staff are just annoyed by your presence i cant imagine how they are in person so just watch out

This business offers appointments they have no meaning. We had an appointment for 120. They did intake at 2:20 and my family member was actually seen at 4 o'clock.

Please update your website (including on Yelp) that you are using a new system and no longer taking walk-ins. Other than that - appreciate the front desk staff informing us of this update and suggesting options (btw - this was at the Irving location)...Thank you
