Duke City Urgent Care

Made a reservation and still waited an hour over the reservation end time to see someone. Went back to a room and there was blood on the door! I've heard Presbyterian actually gets you in within a reasonable time of an appointment made and I'm sure clean rooms. Ridiculous!!!

Jordan triaged and he is amazing. He asked all the right questions and was full of pertinent information relating to my visit.

I went to the Irving location on Sunday March 2nd at about 12:30. I was absolutely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service. The receptionist at the front desk was very rude and reluctant to assist me in trying to get seen. She sighed when I asked for assistance and her facial expressions towards me were horrible. She made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her while she was filing her nails and talking to the other girl sitting by her behind the desk (and this other girl was eating. Eating in front of customers is pretty tacky and unprofessional). I was completely discouraged and left. I will NEVER go Duke City Urgent Care again! It's hard to believe someone like that was hired to work in healthcare.

The wait times are terribly long, even with a reservation, and the whole experience was unprofessional.

Excellent care on a Saturday. Staff are professional and the facility is clean. I was happy to be able to be seen so quickly.

"Reservations" and "Appointments" mean nothing. They take you in the order you arrive regardless. I understand, if someone has an emergency they should go first. Otherwise, the reservations should be honored. Made a reservation for a simple pcr covid test. Arrived on time. 2 hours later, I was finally out of there. If I wasn't sick before I will be now after 2 hours waiting with other sick individuals and a receptionist who had a severe cough.

This place is horrible! I just sat and overheard all of their office drama while waiting to be seen. Completely unprofessional behavior coming from "medical professionals". They must not teach bedside manner wherever they obtained their credential. Makes me question the quality of care they provide!

Duke city is the worst "Urgent" care in NM. I Had a 1pm appointment to get an inhaler for my son, we waited two hours to even get into a room and still waited 15 minutes for a doctor. People who showed up after us somehow got in before us even tho we had an appointment. Very disappointed

I had a 2 pm "reservation" at 3:30 there were still 3 people ahead of me! They had taken my vitals so they informed me they would be charging my insurance. Great way for them to make money, totally inadequate health care. I was not seen by a doctor.

today was bad day waiting 2 hrs waiting in freezer it was so cold there. the doctor check my troth fast checked my lungs in second and don't give me any pills. I was out from work for a week because I was so sick and I don't got nothing. wasted my time and my copay. I will be more careful go there.
