Duke City Floral

As per usual, I was doing my last minute holiday shopping for Thanksgiving. During my usual Yelp help searches, I came upon Duke City Floral.When I called, they actually answered the phone and stated they had a few selections left of floral arrangements. As I walked in the customer service was wonderfully warm and had a great conversation with Brian.I love supporting local businesses and this is one that I will continue to purchase from in the future!!!

After reviewing the website I did not find what I was looking for however after reading reviews I gave them a call. I spoke with Michelle who was very patient and kind. I explained that I was calling from out of state and wanted to know if they would be able to create an arrangement not listed on the website. Michelle listened to my vision and team made it come to life. The arrangement came out perfect!

We live in Florida, and wanted to send flowers to our family who just relocated their business to downtown Albuquerque. We checked the Yelp reviews which were excellent. Then we checked out the selections online. Beautiful! The prices were reasonable, especially for delivery.We ordered online on a Sunday - for delivery today, 12/12/22, on a Monday. We didn't have the suite number, but we did have the office phone. Someone called today to get that suite number. Our niece said she spoke with him, and he was very sweet!She sent a photo of the Peace Lily & it is beautiful! With quick, good service, beautiful flowers and plants, AND excellent rates, we will be using this florist in the future for birthdays and other events in Albuquerque - whether we are there or home!

Duke City Floral is where you should get your flowers for any occasion! They are located in the North Valley of Albuquerue and are very experienced in their line of work! I have not personally used their service but my boyfriend has bought me a few bouquets. The first time, they were delivered and lasted a while in my office. I personally met the owners and employees recently. I'm more than happy for stopping by their shop. It is beautiful inside and they are the kindest people! They are going to start a small venue there in a few months and I can't wait to have a gathering at their location:)

5 STARS!!Excellent customer service. My mom's 84th birthday was quickly coming up. I contacted Duke City Floral and spoke to Brian, the owner. He and I looked at their website together on the phone at photos of past floral arrangements. We put our heads together to come up with a special design for my mom. Brian's communication was outstanding throughout the process. The final outcome was a success! My mom received her birthday flowers and was thrilled how beautiful they were! She sent me a photo and her comment to me was "the picture doesn't show it justice, they are more beautiful in person!"Thank you Brian and Yoli for doing a great job for my mom's birthday and the great customer service you provided! I'll be contacting you for any future floral orders. ;)

I just received the holiday sleigh arrangement and it is absolutely stunning! My daughter in Germany had ordered it for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the arrangement! Great job Duke city floral... I think I just found my new favorite florist.

I needed to send flowers to relatives in NM and found Duke City on the internet. They went out of their way to create and deliver two beautiful arrangements on the dates I requested. Brian was professional and kind. I will definitely use them again!

Living out of state I was unable to attend a dear friend's funeral in New Mexico. I wanted to order something special for my friend of nearly 20 years who loved dogs so much. I did a custom order and worked with Brian. He listened and delivered a perfect arrangement. My friend's family was also very pleased.I highly recommend Duke City Floral. I feel blessed I picked the right florist to take care of a special arrangement for a special friend and her family.Duke City also provided photos so that I could see their artwork after they were finished.

Duke City recently it prepared a beautiful arrangement, and delivered expertly on very short notice for a fair price. These people went above and beyond; it's clear they love making beautiful arrangements for people. Duke City is my favorite florist!

Extremely pleased with the arrangement. Big, bold, beautiful. Felt like I got my money's worth. Which hadn't been the case with other florists in town.
