Duggers Road Service

I just worked with duggers again and worked with Chris this time was very helpful and careful towing the car I always have the best experience with duggers they are the best by far

I needed an emergency tow in the middle of a busy intersection at rush hour. They arrived, expertly got my van on the truck, and drove us out of that crazy spot. The driver was so nice and knew his stuff. My road insurance paid for it. I would call Duggers myself if I ever needed help around Albuquerque.

UPDATE day after our card was used fraudulently, I was so freaked out didn't even know my hubbie gave him his card. Next step legal pursuit

So I recently had a flat tire and I called my insurance who got me with the nearest Road service in my area. It took them about 60 plus minutes to arrive to the location that we were at. However, to change tire and place the spare it was in less than 5 minutes and very efficient once the agent go to my location. The waiting was stressful but the service was impeccable and very efficient! I would definitely trust them in the future for any road service!

Rude and incompetent. They have no common courtesy. Simple requests are beyond their comprehension. "Hey, would you have your driver move his truck, he's blocking me in?" No, he's dropping off a vehicle. (Lie, truck was empty.). He will finish his paperwork and then move it. "How long will that be?" He'll get to it when he's done. The correct answer is. "Sorry, let me call him and have him move the truck." I hope you never have to deal with these people.

I waited hours on the busy freeway in a danger zone I was so scared because of how many people I saw texting and driving and I kept calling the girl would answer then hang up on me. I called my insurance they kept calling them I finally said can I just a new one already from 11:00 until 3:00 pm I sat there, they sent a new company who got there in 10 mins and dropped off my car at a tire shop. I

My first experience with road service from Duggers was not great but my second experience was. In fact it was more like 2.5 experiences. Let me explain... I had a car issue on the weekend and called my provider for road assistance. I wanted the pickup the next day but 10 minutes later a flat bed truck came and the driver rang my bell. While I did not want service then (and I am not sure who was to blame) I appreciated the rapid response. Then sure enough, the following morning I was up and waiting for my clock to show 7:30 - the pre-arranged pick up time and lo and behold at 7:05 the driver was there. I explained that the mechanic shop might not be open yet so I gave the driver a note for the shop along with my keys and 30 minutes later the shop called to speak with me and said my baby was there. I was impressed with the professionalism and the quick response.

Took 3 visits in 3 days and 2 batteries to get a replacement under warranty. Spent $100 in diagnostics at the dealership for them to tell me "new" battery was bad. 2nd guy dropped in the battery, left the hood open and just left, 3rd guy was rude. Let's hope the replacement lasts longer than 1 day.

absolutely horrible service over the phone. whatever lady they have taking their calls has no idea how to properly respond to questions, and fails to keep updated. i was waiting over four hours for my tow only to find out it was cancelled without my knowledge or even telling me after requesting for updates. i don't recommend ever speaking to them on your own. the only time i have any success is when my insurance reaches out personally. they have zero customer care anymore it seems like

While entering my subdivision in Enchanted Hills New Mexico Friday afternoon around 3:30pm December 2023 a Duggers tow truck was backing into a residencial driveway and was blocking the road so through traffic could not advance. I asked the driver to move back a foot to allow me to go by, he said he didn't have to when I said he couldn't block off the road, a public road. I ultimately backed up against traffic behind me and found another route.I called Duggers and was told basically the same thing. I called DOT who informed me they don't regulate commercial drivers, hummmm?I called Rio Rancho Public Safety who said they could tell a private company, whom they don't have a business relationship with, what to do.Does this should like a load of BS to anyone else?Please don't use DUGGERS TOW SERVICE!!!!!
