Ducati Albuquerque

I purchased a Honda UTV. The sales rep is also the finance guy. He gave me the best deal possible. It was way less expensive than their competitor.The mechanic explained the basics of the unit and gave us our book to look over. He also told us to come by if we had any questions. It works great and granda pa takes the little one out riding. I understand they are unable to get to the calls as there was only 3 people there. Once you get there Cesar was amazing and extremely helpful.

Are the bikes good? Yes. Is the dealer good? NO! Probably the worst dealer I've ever been to. These people do not answer their phone or emails at all which is incredibly frustrating. The shop is also empty and soulless. Sucks this is the only option for Ducati/Honda in town. Get what you need and spend as little time/money here as possible.

I must agree with Tony R's review. I've emailed and called multiple times and they don't feel the need to answer their phones or respond. I so wish PJs was still open. They had the only techs in town that I trust and I got great service. Fortunately I used to be a Duc tech so I can do my own work. Unfortunately for them I'm ready for some serious upgrades and I'll gladly rake my money out of state instead of giving them a penny!

Horrible communication. I called the store multiple times with no one returning my calls. The sales manager never responded to my emails or text messages about the parts that were supposed to be ordered when I bought the bike. The parts were on backorder but no one would return my call or text when I would ask for an update about the parts. I bought a brand new bike and there are broken parts on the bike and loose parts even though it "went through inspection" before buying. They told me my brake light was broken and their tech is new and not comfortable fixing that. I will NEVER do business with them again and I will be telling everyone I know not to do business here. Absolutely horrible.
