Sunny yet cold at the stadium, long line for tickets, long winding line to get in.
They have buffet and pop corn and desserts at half time.
Go Lobos!!!!

I remember the days when it used to be "Lobo Football Stadium" and students say on the grass. We attended the Lobos vs Boise State game. It was not crowded and you could probably find good seats anywhere. It was a little confusing walking in, as we didn't buy tickets ahead of time and weren't told which gate was selling tickets (which meant getting in another line). Parking wasn't bad either. But, $7 for hot chocolate? Ridiculous(I just wish the home team fans wouldn't boo the away team- sets a bad example for the rest of us)

We have Lobos season tickets so we are always here. My favorite part of the stadium is the huge variety of snacks that they have now! Seriously - they even have snow cones! Need Lobo gear? They sell it at the game and always have deals! There is ample handicapped seating but the handicapped parking is lacking so get there early! This year they did a free family movie showing Coco on the field with free popcorn for all. It was a huge hit and so much fun! We loved it and hope they do more! The big screen was perfect and it was a great family friendly event!

This is a great sports venue. There is not a bad seat in the place. I really love going to college basketball games here. The Lobos have such a spirited crowd and it is contagious, even for NMSU alum! I really enjoy the concessions as well. The fare is great and not too pricey! The beer selections are a plus. The parking is okay and you feel safe going to and from the arena. I am not familiar with the suites but have heard that they are an amazing addition to the previous Pit.

Clean though crowded, everything as it is. Great stadium! Nice crowd , good view even from the cheapest seats in the house. Love the best military discounts for tickets. Saved us some moolah and substantially too so don't forget to ask.

Well, we all know the Lobos are trash so no one is here to see a win. Because of this, you're not going to see the type of bandwagon riders you'd see at a Yankees game and you won't get priced out as rich folks take interest and buy up all the prime seating. In all likelihood, this will remain the case for many years to come. The Lobos should really just cut their footbal team and funnel all the saved money into their soccer and basketball programs (I'd say into their academic programs, but we all know that's got the least chance of happening). But forget the performance on the field. You come here for the same reason you go to Isotopes Park: because it's a nice way to spend the day and get out with the family. The entrance fees are fair (free in our case this past Saturday because of a generous season ticket holder that caught us at the gate) and you can sit anywhere and have an outstanding view of the field. The fans are all pleasant and somewhat entertaining as long as you can humor some old, cliched New Mexicanisms of the sporting world like: "Hey ref, you need to go back to reffing school," .... I hadn't heard that in ages and it brought a chuckle to me in all of its ridiculousness.I can't attest to the food or drink situation here because I didn't bother to look, but I can assure you it's on par with your local high school basketball game. But hey, that's all part of the appeal.

The new JumboTron is amazing! This stadium was beautful for this last weeks opening football game! It looks better then when I went to school at UNM. It made me proud to say I graduated from UNM.

Home of the University of New Mexico Lobos and a great mid-sized stadium. Parking is a bit of a mess for visitors, but the open style stadium is easy to get around in. They could use more food stands and more than one souvenir stand, but overall it's a good place to watch a game, especially given the awesome NM weather.

Just went to the New Mexico bowl and had a good time. halfway through the second we went to the concession stand and all the lines had about 15-20 people, but we waited well over 30 minutes. The cashier didn't have a register and she had to ring it up on her own phone's calculator and go get item herself. It was ridiculous. Otherwise nice stadium.
