Was a great first visit and will be back they have a pool table to try out a new cue if your looking into getting one!! But the guy working the counter was very knowledgeable and even gave suggestions into what to look for.

We finally started using our table after it sat used mainly to drop stuff on when we walked in the door. The owner of the store took the time to explain to us what we needed as beginners looking to get better. He did not oversell us, told us what we needed and genuinely wanted us to get better so we could enjoy the game. This is so much better than online shopping. Having a human exchange and the ability to ask questions made this a fantastic experience. Highly recommend. This store isn't about fleecing customers. They value their clientele and it shows. Great products, very knowledgeable people and fair prices.

Absolutely phenomenal to work with; the owner is the nicest, kindest person you'll ever meet. Fair prices and great selection of billiards cues and accessories. They believe in getting what works for you, not pushing you into a higher priced item or selling you something that you don't need. Highly recommended. Can't say enough good things about them. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Great people to do business with I called asking a few questions about replacing my felt and the gentleman was so helpful over the phone he made me feel like he wanted my business compared to other places who took my phone not so serious. Respectful dependable on time and trustworthy thanks guys

GREAT service and pretty good prices! I go there for darts and dart accessories but the pool table stuff looks pretty great too.Worth a trip if you ask me!

I have no idea where these negative reviews are coming from--not only have they been super helpful and attentive, but on at least three occasions insisted I not spend money (say on tips or cracks). When the time comes, I will buy my table there. They get the long term relationship with customers concept--something much too rare these days. BTW I play in 2 leagues here in ABQ and have never heard a negative word said about this establishment.

I first purchased a pair of Olhausen cues from Dr. Billiard with the help of a knowledgeable gentlemen named Phil. Five years later, these cues are still fantastic. And, Phil continues to service my cues and provide insight into any pool accessories I need. Service is always spot on and the recommendations match my needs every time. If only I could give more than five stars.

I bought a pool table here in late November, with that, Dr. Billiard delivered a beatiful product before christmas with many high end accessories at no extra cost. Today i went in and again, they showed how much they cared about their customers and took very good care of me with a cue for my kids. I will never even look on the internet for a better price again, Dr. Billiard goes above and beyond to make sure you are valued as a customer, and are second to none!
