A wonderful Saturday farmer's market in downtown Albuquerque. Very convenient and safe location at Robinson Park, with lots of street parking around the area. Many vendors selling a variety of items from local produce to baked goods to jerky to flowers to personal/home items. Every vendor was friendly and openly chatted about their products.Pet friendly Great place to pick up breakfast, lunch or a snack, as well as local gifts for visitors to take home.

The Downtown Grower's Market is a stellar warm weather activity with lots of local goodies to choose from. I can always find some of my favorite vendors here.Parking can suck, but as long as you're willing to walk a little you should be fine. It is helpful to have cash but most vendors will accept cards.

2024 Spring is here! Another great ABQ Growers Market is upon us. Of course I went on this Opening Day! It was crowded! A good thing . . . Especially since local crops are just getting their feet in the soil. Roots, folks, roots! There were a few vendors with fresh produce, but what there was sold out quickly. Give it a few more weeks and fresh produce will be abundant produce in the Land of Enchantment. Don't despair, there were many local craftsman and farmers. Fresh honey, ristras, flowers, pottery, jewelry, canine treats, pastries (Do I have a disappointing story to tell about one of them), Navajo tacos (although I never saw that vendor - just saw happy folks eating), fresh plants ready to get their feet into your garden . . . and so much more. Want to meet me down there next time? Coffee and breakfast? If you missed this one, be sure and not miss the next one.

I've been to the Downtown Growers' Market a few times this summer and really enjoy the diverse assortment of locally grown produce, artisan food and drink, and artists there.Today I picked up tomatoes (and had an incredible tomato sandwich when I got home), basil (for a caprese salad), yellow and patty pan squash, eggplant, and chard. Plus I couldn't resist grabbing a couple of pain aux chocolate from one of the bakeries.Parking can be challenging, so plan to walk a couple of blocks. There is a lot of shade when you get there, so it's pretty comfortable walking around. The Downtown Growers' Market is open until early November, but they are looking at adding an indoor space nearby so they can be open year-round.

I love farmers markets and this one was pretty good. There were plenty of vegetables and other snacks, and Señor Tortas was the highlight of the visit! They offer several options for burritos and tacos and aquas frescas. The horchata was amazing and the asada tacos were so delicious! It was a bit pricey for the veggies and there weren't a lot of art vendors there. The crowd was great and it looks like people love this place for the freshness and options available. I'd go back for the options alone!

There are lots of vendors peddling their wares from fruits and veggies of all kinds to freshly baked breads and deserts, to jewelry, to pottery, to chili roasters, to freshly made drinks such as watermelon juice. The crepe people are still there and the torta people are too. Lots of pumpkins and gourds to be had, by the pound. $$ It was not that crowded. Due to street construction around the park, you had to detour around to find a parking spot. I found the prices were up over what I remembered in the past. It was a fun way to start a Saturday.

Support Local! There is always a ton of great growers and great selection. I get most of my produce here. There are also a ton of local crafts and even seedlings, worm castings and compost.

Partner and I have been going to DT Growers Market since the start of it. I love that it has grown and is flourishing!GM is in a beautiful park, downtown. Parking can be difficult but not impossible. My issue with the space is that it is hard to walk through and difficult to stop at vendors' booths.I don't know if planners read this? Would it be possible to move booths back 12 inches? Make the paths wider; room to walk and stop to look.I've been frustrated by the difficulty in navigating this awesome market.
