Door Man

This team is professional, friendly, and efficient. We had them install a screen door in our courtyard and a security door off our bedroom. They made sure to get our input on all the details, even warning us about issues with the doors we'd bought that the big-box dealer had not mentioned. Then they got the job done faster than I'd expected. Only complaint is they didn't set the screen door to do a controlled close - I didn't realize it until they'd left but I figured that out myself.I'd definitely hire them again.

They came by today to fix my garage and I loved it. Professional and awesome. I would never call any other company but this one. They came with masks on and they did an outstanding job. Thank you and I'm going to be calling them for another job and one in my mom's home.

Ordered a security door from Home Depot and someone to install. Trevor from Doorman came by and sized the door for me. Doorman also installed the door for me. Great service efficiently done on time and with the cost I was quoted. Thanks, Trevor!

This company caused me so much anguish because they were so unprofessional and unaccountable. The owner, she was rude and could not, would not, accept her companies repeated faults. I purchased a bathroom door from Lowes and they were contracted to install it. What a cluster....after 3-months I had to cancel this and go elsewhere. They came and measured, and once the schedule to install they came with the wrong door, twice, the technician said he would go back to Lowes dock and if it were there he would return. The door was there but he did not return. Talked to the owner again and she re-assured me she would return 3-weeks later at a certain time...This came and went and I did not receive a courtesy telephone call, NOTHING! When I finally spoke to her after my continuous calls she said I had to contact Lowes because she did not have an order to complete the work,,,HOW IN THE HECK DID SHE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AND DID NOT SHOW UP TO AND THAN SAY SHE DID NOT HAVE AN ORDER. This company is not responsible nor are they accountable...

I called to request an appointment to have my garage door looked at. Tana made my appointment, she was friendly, helpful and got me scheduled right away. Trevor came out to repair the door, he was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and the price was fair. I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you!

I ordered a back door from Lowes and Lowes sent out the Door Man. Trevor from the Door Man came by and got the details for the door. I quickly received a competitive estimate. On the day of installation the Door Man was on time and prepared. The team installed the new door and reinstalled a security door within a few hours. The entire job was of the highest quality and very clean. I recommend the Door Man and will use them again.

Two experiences - one great and the other terrible. I would not use them again or recommend. Through Lowe's, the Door Man replaced one door. Trevor was great and the installer Christopher excellent. Wanted three more doors replaced and went to them directly. Trevor came out took the measurements and a week later sent me a quote via a one sentence text with a price and the number of doors to replace as four and not the three requested. I asked for him to email me the quote and after an exchange of texts over the span of 3 days he still would not send a quote and decided that I should buy the doors myself and they would only install. I went back to Lowe's and the price I am getting there is about $300 less than his text quote of one sentence with no detail and an extra door. I went to the Door Man because of the great first experience only to be extremely disappointed by the second.

Ordered services through home depot and this was the vendor that showed up. Out of 17 doors they managed to install two. And damaged 7 other beyond reuse. Also also damaged all of the trim around every door but one that their team touched. I know have to repaint that which was just painted two months ago. They routed the door for hinge and even that wrong, making them too big for the latch. Then installed another door that didn't marry up to the existing latch because they cut the door down wrong. Not to mention the doors they planed down with an electric planer to the point they were too small now for the opening. Wasted time waiting on the service, expecting something great, only to find out their team had no clue what they were doing.
