I had a check engine light, took it to Donny's Automotive to remove & replace the fuel evaporative canister & EVAP Purge Control Solenoid. I drove off their lot and immediately started to see smoke coming from the engine! I took it back and turns out someone ("A LICENSED MECHANIC") forgot to put the coolant cap back on. 3 weeks later - The Check Engine light is on [AGAIN]. Same original problems. It's been 3 days now for them to update me - My car is being held hostage until they can come up with a reason to charge me for something. ::: CUSTOMER BEWARE:::

Horrible Mechanic shop They don't know what they're doing over there. Wanted to overprice me for my car issue that I had and they took forever to diagnose it. Will never go again.

I was traveling through the area on a road trip and had some rivets fall off of my antique camper. They were able to get me in the same day and they went above and beyond to get the correct parts for me and took their time to make sure it was done correctly even though the bits were broken in difficult ways.

Okay took my classic car to Donnys automotive they are working hard on it . Thanks to Donny taking care of things. At the end a better experience.

they took 2 months to fix my car and did not communicate with me at all they approved parts without my permission, my car was filthy when I picked it up, I attempted to get a hold of Donny and it took a week I called multiple times to talk to him and could never actually talk to him. I had to refuse services cause I no longer trusted them and simply wanted my car and it took another week to receive my car all was bull and I paid them $4 900 and the work they did not satisfied in any way shape or form felt like laughing when they suggested I bring my car back to finish they will never lay a finger on my car again

Great service! Our car broke down on hwy 40 while heading down to Oklahoma and Donny's was one of the few places open on Memorial Day weekend. Donny and his crew were very accommodating to us, very friendly, professional, respectful and super helpful. Donny went above and beyond to ensure we were taking care of. He didn't mark up the price on us like other shops/dealerships do and was very truthful and honest about the time frame of when our car will be ready. Highly recommend Donny's! You will definitely not be disappointed!

uneducated, unprofessional, breaks your car then tells you to file a claim under your insurance. do not use them!worst company in albuquerque, rio rancho area!!! beware!!! we thought we were hiring professionals! nope!! we hired them to add transmission oil. they didn't tighten my bolt corretly or the part that took 2 weeks to come in was faulty. not even 3 weeks of having my car, my transmission was blown. then they have the audicity to hang up on me, even after noah acknowledged the bolt they put on was now gone! they will be hearing from my lawyer. my lexus broke down on me for something so little as tightening a bolt!!!! do not use them!!!!

Spent almost $4,000 for them to make repairs on my vehicle and I'm still having the same issues, as if nothing was done. I would not recommend anyone to do service with them.

Great communication, prices. Having brakes done with all new parts... price better than I had done in California where all they did was resurfaced the rotors.
