Doc Long Picnic Ground

This is a great place to do to, especially if you've got a young family. The trails can be challenging, but if you've got little kids that tire quickly, you can go for shorter walks, they'll have a blast without going way out of the way. There's public bathrooms, which can be handy. (Remember they're public bathrooms as a camping facility, so it's pretty barebones stuff, as in no running water. But hey, they're there when you need them.) Lots of picnic tables. Lots of parking. And easy to get to. Because of that this place gets a lot of traffic. Get there early.
