Our second year at Balloon Fiesta and our second year buying our gifts here. Their huge selection is amazing, prices are great and the customer service is always the best.

Nice store packed with great variety of hot air balloon souvenirs. The entrance might look small but it has three rooms! I was happy to find some very unique postcards and collectible stamps with reasonable price.

An homage to the big balloon festival held in October here. Bonnie waited on me, she made sure I picked the right size spinners. Bought balloon socks too. Found a cool pastel #4 spinner for mom to put out in her garden for some colorful shows when it's windy out.

My son has been to this store several times and I've never been there. He insisted that we stop on our way through Albequerque so we could peruse the store's merchandise.I wasn't disappointed..Discover balloons is affordable where even I bought some things The artwork and décor they carry is designed by the staff and owner specifically for the store. The cost of any item there is noticeably lower than any other store carrying comparable/ similar artwork and merchandise. The quality of both is outstanding.

This is a must stop place for anyone into hot air balloons or visiting Albuquerque. Granted that they are in the Guiness Book of World Records for being the world's largest hot air balloon gift shop, if they don't have what you are looking for, it doesn't exist. The owner is very nice and understanding. She is willing to help find just the right thing and knows the diverse collection of merchandise like the back of her hand. Visiting Discover Balloons is a must for me every time I come to Albuquerque!

We took a hot air balloon ride on Oct. 6 and Doug was our pilot. We just had a terrific time with him. After being bumped from another balloon operator the morning before, Doug really turned our trip to Albuquerque around. He was very professional and really knew how to maneuver the ride. We rode in the basket with 6 passengers plus the pilot and there was ample room and no one felt squished. I give Discover Balloons my highest recommendation! Their customer service is outstanding and they know how to make the trip fun!
