Diamond Mesa

The Greystar Communities are renowned nationwide for their luxurious amenities, spacious floor plans and sharp staff. One doesn't have to set foot on property to be able to tell that Diamond Mesa is a Greystar community! The floor plans are very unique for an apartment complex; every unit entails a garage, not to mention a washer and dryer as well! Nobody has an upstairs or downstairs neighbor, eliminating the infamous noisy neighbor problem. This community definitely has a very homey-feel as every unit, even the one bedroom, looks like a house in itself. A dog park, playground, 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, 24/7 gym, clubhouse computers (with internet access), volleyball pit and available grills are only some of the amazing amenities on site. The pool is closely regulated to ensure residents enjoy the area without experiencing overcrowding. KUDOS TO STAFF. The team on site is very professional, kind and attentive. They have always cared for, addressed and solved any issues I bring to them in a timely matter. Diamond Mesa seems to be one of the only apartment complexes in ABQ that RECYCLES. I love that. I read these negative reviews and have to scratch my head with confusion. This is a great community to live in, and I look forward to staying with Diamond Mesa for the duration of my time here in Albuquerque.

Viewed apartment with my son who was relocating from California for a new job at a Fortune 500 company. Choose apt, put deposit down and moved all furniture into nearby storage unit until Appt would be ready. Used app given to set up all utilities and deposits. Now 4 days later he was told that he can not move in because credit score is low. Now he is starting a new job with his wife and daughter and has no place to live. In addition, lost deposit and all the set up fees for the utilities. In all about $1500. This was very disappointing and unacceptable. Have never heard anything like this happening to anyone before. Definitely would avoid dealing with this place. Strange since they were so nice in person! Makes no sense.

This place is horrendous. All the niceties are a facade. I'm woken up by maintenance pretending to do yard work every morning so they can keep their jobs of doing absolutely nothing. The place looks like crap. The dumpsters are always overflowing with garbage. There's about half as much parking as there should be and the complex constantly tickets people who park in the only available spots outside. We all pay for pest control and there is a a cockroach and silverfish infestation in every building. Work orders are not done in a timely fashion. The gates in and out are always broken. Management is constantly changing because the place is a sh*thole who can't retain employees or tenants.

The new manager, and customer service and maintenance are the worst still. Don't move here

Diamond Mesa seems to be a great community! The customer service team there was amazing! I had the amazing opportunity to work with Felecity! She helped answer all my questions! Was super knowledgeable about the property and was very personable! Any issue I had she was able to fix and was very responsive! 10/10 would recommend this property and to work with Felecity!!

The admin is very rude and doesn't seem to even care, the walls are paper thin, every handful of months they turn off the water due to a "leak". and the parking situation is horrible, sometimes i come home late from work and there's absolutely no parking so i'll have to drive around for 20-30 mins until someone leaves so i can park, and im not gonna park on the side of the complex just to get a ticket for being in the bike lane. To be honest I expected better and it's not insanely horrible living here but it is overpriced and sometimes I don't feel welcomed living here.

Can be loud from cars if you live next to street. But is beautiful home & lucky to have a garage to park never have to worry about that!

well it's Thursday morning at 12:49 am I wake up to a banging noise behind my home I look out it's people in a sliver car hitting the car parked in the street the man as the lights off I. the old sliver car his dressed in all black and the other 3 males in the car. he kept hitting the car over and over this shit is ridiculous cause the gates are always broken never fixed and the walk in gates are the same all broken since I've moved in here in February!it's not a safe luxury community to live in as they state in signs at main gate!! all BS so now I got to worry about the safety of my young daughters even more!!! don't rent here it's not worth the risk!! I can't believe complaining to the office about the gates and safety is not a worry!! they just ignore you and blame yoh for not getting a picture of the inciden!! worthless

I live here and I'm so over this place the cockroaches and the broken sink complete lack of respect of some of the young tenants here drinking and racing girls outside at 3 AM peeing under their tree it is disgusting you can't sleep because all you hear is them screaming and yelling gunshots and racing up and down by the dumpsters!!! the Lack of respect that you're paying for a freaking parking spot and people keep parking in anyway my vehicle has gotten broken into I've had trash thrown into our yard lately because of me having to have vehicles towed think twice before coming here

No one is available even for emergencies. Log ins do not work. Gates stay open half of the time. Walls are paper thin. Would not recommend at all.
