Desert States Electric

We have used Kevin and Desert States Electric for years and they have always done fantastic work. We used Kevin again this week for an electrical issue. We called on Friday afternoon and asked if it would be possible for them to come out on Monday to check the issue. Kevin said they would be at our house Monday morning before 11 a.m.; Come Monday, Kevin was here at 10:30 and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it within an hour. The response was great and the cost was very reasonable. Kevin has always been consistent and friendly as well as professional. We will continue to use them in the future as we have used them numerous times in the past, all with great results!

I had an appointment for Kevin to come by and review why my ceiling fans do not work anymore. He was 10 minutes too early, and when I politely asked if he minded if we wore shoe covers, he got mad and left after saying that he needed to go back and forth with a ladder, etc.. I was going to actually let him wear the shoe covers for the minor walks back and forth, but he said, "I'm leaving" and left. How freaking rude. He wasted my day that I had set for him to come by and look at my ceiling fans. He was totally unprofessional and I can't believe he treated me this way.I am a home dialysis patient and do my dialysis at home every day. It is a must for me to have my home nice and clean. For him to treat me like this is unforgivable!!!

I learned about Kevin from a close friend of mine who had work done by him and couldn't say enough nice things about him. Being the frugal and cautious consumer that I am, i called a few others to make sure everything was in order and my friend was indeed correct about him. Kevin did a great job! I live in a neighborhood that was initially installed with aging hardware that no longer met building codes. Kevin was easy to work with and worked fast! He installed a brand new panel, arranged for inspections, installed new ground rods, even pulled a 220v line out to where my hot tub was to sit and my pool equipment, all for less than the next guy would replace the panel for. He even followed up a week or so later to make sure i was still happy. I haven't had a problem and am happy enough with his work I keep trying to recommend him to my friends.

He showed up half hour early which for some is great, for me 7.30 am is not ok. He refused to wear shoe covers in my white carpet floors. Very belligerent. He rewired something that didn't need to be messed with and now I have no electricity to my bedroom back wall. His helper lost the screws and broke the lamp shade . I later found the screws in the trash. 'Last but not least , his helper turned in the whirlpool tub for no reason at all. He was not even supposed to be in my private bathroom. I heard the noise and tried to turn it off but he had broken the button switch. I ran downstairs and cut the fuse in the box. He said oh I didn't mean to do that. After they left and I overpaid them for monkey ruining everything, I discover they burnt the motor in my brand new tub by running it dry. On top if that the guy was so moody. Banging things and getting angry. Couldnt wait to be rid of them .

WOW!!!!! Thank you Kevin for an awesome job. If you are looking for an Electrician look no further, cheap prices but not cheap work. Kevin can to my home on time he was fast but explained what he was doing. Kevin was polite friendly and trustworthy. I felt at ease leaving him to do his thing and roam the house working on my sockets. Anything I need in the future I will call Kevin if he's busy I'm prepared to wait, no one else comes close to the expert. Fantastic job.

Kevin does amazing work, and I can't say enough good things about him. He's fast, affordable, and reliable. He always shows up on time, if not a few minutes early to get a jump on things!. I've used him for several projects, from changing out an entire breaker panel, to installing new light fixtures. My experience with him has always been professional and courteous. He will always be the first electrician I recommend to friends and family.

Kevin was recommended by a friend who knows the ropes in remodeling. He came for a consult within a couple of days and helped us sort out many details about kitchen lighting, even bringing samples of ceiling fixtures on a followup consult visit. Kevin and Todd did the job efficiently, and even came in under his original estimate. I'm planning lots more for him to do.
