Desert Greens Equipment

We tried to buy a chainsaw at this location... twice. Both times there were ignition issues with the equipment and the chainsaws were brand new. At first, technicians were reasonable, giving us a new chainsaw to replace it. When the second chainsaw also seemed to have the same problem, we returned to the shop to replace it, possibly with a different chainsaw. The owner refused to sell us another one. Refused. I don't think he likes Native Americans.He returned our money and took as long as he could to do it. Will never be coming back.

Terrible dealership. Bought a JD mower from this place. Paid upfront. They charged $400 over JD pricing, tried to sell me a blade for $1000 (which is $400 at home depot), didn't go over the machine upon delivery (just dropped it off in the driveway and left), delivered a machine with a mulching blade rather than mowing blade (so it leaves a center strip unmowed), NEVER returns calls. Seems like they're just interested in taking the money with zero customer service. They've literally not returned a call or email since the purchase. No idea how to get support or service. Go anywhere but this place.
