These guys are very organized. One crew came out and removed all the branches, and the next crew cut down the trunk, and hauled the branches to their wood chipper. They even cut the tree down to only half a foot remaining above the ground level.They had me move my KZ1000 police bike from the yard where I parked it while my patio cover was being replaced. I put it under the new patio cover.When I first looked at the completed project, I saw that the patio concrete under the tree was - well, shattered. It already had a break from the roots growing under it for years where it had lifted 3/4 of an inch. I just wished they had informed me because I have a large pallet they could have used to cushion the fall of the large pieces of wood that fell. It's a shame, but it was already broken - but it definitely didn't have 100 cracks in the concrete. (Guesstimated)I turned around and saw a couple of chromed bolts from the bike, but was upset about the concrete at the time. The next day I was out there and grabbed the 2 bolts and looked where they fell out of. Come to find out they fell from the rear brake caliper and shock mount. The shock was still there, but the caliper wasn't. I then noticed that they were trying to remove the brake pedal and master cylinder, but they weren't the sharpest knife in the drawer, and failed. I am retiring in a week, and parting out this 1980 KZ1000 police bike on E-Bay, so I can kiss off at least $300 for what they stole. Unfortunately, I didn't see them personally, so there is nothing I can do about it. I can only hope they return to complete the theft so they can be removed from the gene pool.Recap: They do excellent work, but they need to be watched the entire time.

They did a big old elm in a tough location for me. The job was done at the price which had been quoted and was very fair considering the size of the tree. They showed up with good equipment at the time they said they would and did the job in the time Clay had estimated. They left my yard clean and debris free!
