Desert Bird Mercantile

Lovely shop the owner was super nice and I loved her customer service. Everything in the shop is designed by her and her husband! Had all sorts of options from cutting boards to aprons for you and your kids even some little nicnacs. And of corse located in a great part of town if you feel like exploring a little bit go to old town and visit the shops!

This store is so charming, run by a family of artists and carrying only locally made products this is a gift buying heaven. Most shops in the area are artsy but this place is art you can use. Cute printed pillows, aprons, jams, wooden hanging plant holders with macramé and so much more. Also consistently open and amazing customer service.

We stopped in here by chance after a hostile cactus in the plaza outside left my girlfriend with a hand full of spines. The clerk not only had the tweezers and ibuprofen on standby but also provided very levelheaded first aid! Extremely grateful for the kindness and care towards a complete stranger, thank you SO MUCH
