I called Nancy to get a bouquet for mother's day. She was very easy to work with. I told her I wanted a bright bouquet with very little specifics. I left it up to her and am glad I did. She delivered the perfect bouquet to my mom with bright, fresh flowers. Thank you for delivering my message to my mom so beautifully.

I got a bueatiful arrangement from delfinos I was so pleased with it. The roses were nice and firm the colors were gorgous I just absolutely loved them. Zero stars for Delfinos and it's owner Nancy.I placed an order for delivery 4/23/22. I requested very specific flowers. One dozen yellow and white roses with filler flowers NO CARNATIONS and a card. My mother received her delivery and was so disappointed. There were 5 roses max and all the flowers were broken and wilted. I immediately called the owner Nancy who finally returned my call 2 days later. At first she was apologetic and said she would resend the delivery. Then, two days later, Nancy stated the original delivery took 45 minutes one way and $22. When I stated that I didn't expect to have to pay for the 2nd delivery and that I expected to get the flowers I ordered she turned on me. She never intended to fulfill the original order and was just seeing $$ signs. She never called me to advise they didn't have inventory or to request to substitute different flowers than what I ordered. Speaking of which, Nancy asked how much I wanted to spend and I advised $130 and she charged me $143 without my consent!I am now disputing this $143 charge with my CC company Terrible product and even worse service.I will continue my relationship with Mauldins Flowers who were spectacular!

I am very disappointed in Delfino's response to a very poor delivery. The shop called before delivery to make sure we would be home. We waited and waited with no more phone calls or door bell ringing. I found a once very elegant living plant tribute for my recently deceased husband thrown helter-skelter on our driveway outside of our outer gate the next morning when retrieving our newspaper. The ivy wreath was naked and its pot was about 6 feet away. The ivy was frozen. I called Delfino's promptly on that Sunday morning to report the poor delivery. I asked for a replacement, but it was denied. When pressured, I reluctantly accepted the offer of a white orchid plant as a replacement. Instead of an orchid a diminutive spathiphyllum was delivered, this time by a polite, well trained driver. I have called both the manager and owner of this business and tried to use their website contact to no avail to express my displeasure and concern and have had no response. Be aware!

Never ever buy flowers from here i got flowers for my wife i specifically told them which ones i wanted from their website and they sent the wrong ones then i called and told them they were the wrong ones and she said she will make it right and then they sent out another one and it was wrong also i dont understand how they can not duplicate a picture or even come close dont waste your money here its not worth it you will just be very disappointed.

I was excited to find out someone sent me a bouquet of Easter flowers, however was very disappointed when I brought them inside. The flowers appeared old and at the mature stage, I called Delfino's and left a message however there was no answer. I received a text from the flower shop indicating the flowers were delivered, I replied to Nancy (owner) via that same text to let her know the roses were not firm and the flowers appeared to be a droopy. I asked if these flowers would last at least a couple of days until Easter. She didn't seem sympathetic she indicated they looked fine to her, I sent her pictures and she state only 1 of the flowers appeared to be a little wilted. I thought to my self not even 1 flower should be wilted? I know what flower arrangements cost especially a holiday bouquet! After going back and forth via text she indicated she could replace them with a hand held bouquet and suggested carnations? I told her I should receive something comparable to what was purchased for me and asked her to call me so we could discuss since things get a little twisted on text...I have YET to hear from her or anyone else from the flower shop! So I believe I have to just deal with it! Just be careful because the flowers from here don't appear to be freshes pick of flowers, and my bouquet DID NOT last two days!! The attached pictures were taken within 5 minutes of delivery and these were the pictures I sent to the owner. I've had many flower deliveries and never have I had them come looking like this, very pretty colors and arrangement just old flowers and not fresh as well as no return phone call after I left a message and requested a call via text.

If I could give Delfino's Flowers 100 bad stars I would!! My sister and I ordered a $90 arrangement for my mother's birthday. When they arrived, they looked like they were 4 days old and came used from somewhere other than the store. What was shown on-line did not reflect what was ordered. When I complained to the owner Nancy on the phone, she assured me she would make it right. Well, she didn't! She claimed she made attempts for another delivery that never came! I sent her a text and in her words, " This order is complete". No fresh flowers, no future discounts, zero compensation. NEVER EVER again will I use this local business. Back to online orders!!!!

Worst experience ever!!! I am a florist from another state. I called wanting to do a wire to send my mother-in-law an arrangement for her birthday as she is in the hospital. She refused to do the wire service and wanted me to pay directly over the phone as she didn't want to lose any portion of the money. I asked for a roses and sunflowers arrangement for $100 and added a mylar balloon, box of Godiva chocolates, and small plush. I was told the arrangement would be delivered that afternoon. At 6:30 my mil received a call they were on their way. At 8 they still were not delivered to her room. I reached out to the owner. She informed me they showed as delivered at 6:50 and the driver had sent her a confirmation picture. I asked her to send the picture to me. In the picture, they are shown on the front desk of the hospital lobby with the box of chocolates opened and laying on their side. The nurses tracked it down and brought it to her room, but there were no chocolates at all. To which her response was, "people are dispicable" (yes, I know the proper spelling is despicable...) that was the end of her cooperation that evening. I informed her how disappointed I was in the arrangement and the experience and that I felt the box of chocolates needed to either be refunded or replaced since she has it documented in her own picture that it was compromised. No response. So at this point, I'm done with the whole ordeal. I asked that the arrangement be picked up and replaced or I was going to dispute the charge. For a $160 order this is absolutely ridiculous. No response. Until this morning. With which she responded, "Are you threatening me miss?" Stunned at the poor customer service skills from this business and its owner, I responded that I am not threatening her but want to know what her resolution is to the issues at hand. Which was met with silence again. I tried to call several times and she forwarded me directly to voice-mail. I wrote her again and said I will give her a couple more hours to contact me to try to fix this or I would be taking a different route. She responded and said, "You will be refunded for the chocolates. The bouquet was fresh filled to value and delivered. Please discontinue text harassment." I will never use this shop again!! Not for personal use nor for business use through any of our wire services. I highly discourage anyone from using this shop!! Beware!! Ugly arrangements and an extremely ugly attitude from the owner. She has no desire to correct any wrongdoings from her or her staff. I paid $160 for this. Smh. And as you can clearly see, the chocolates are opened and compromised before disappearing completely. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The vase is way too tall, which in my personal opinion, those are both long stemmed flowers and the arrangement could have been taller. My MIL favorite flower is red roses. I expected more roses and less sunflowers but that wasn't necessarily a big deal, but the fact they are all stuffed into this upgraded vase with baby's breath stuffed into the middle of the arrangement and the bow was too big for the arrangement nor fluffed is so disappointing. I have attached the pictures sent from her as well as our conversation. I have contacted all wire services (FTD, Telefloral, Bloomnet, etc) Use a different florist!!
