I moved in in May and there has been a major problem every month I have lived here so far. These include flooding because of a water heater and air-conditioner that were installed out of code. We get emails most every day now claiming they are doing their annual inspection of all of the apartments. The code regarding my equipment has been in force for years. I don't know how they've missed it. They also had the opportunity to inspect in May and didn't do it. The disposal backed up the first time I used it and the maintenance team who would later fix the water problem with string. (Yes you heard that right string!!?!) Tried to blame me for the major blockage which was awesome. The staff is all cheery but there are no changes. They made a big deal if changing the carpet before I moved in. I can't walk barefoot around the edges of it because it is so thin the tax go right through it. I have found maintenance people in my apartment with no notice leaving my door open. And I have cats I'm having to pay a monthly fee for! You would hope that they would try to keep them safe. I believe the ownership for this place is out of state and probably corporate. The extractive business model at its worst. The turnoverUpdate. I am not going to go into the fire and carbon monoxide detector failure because they didn't change the batteries during their annual inspection or the various other things that of happened well three people in my building alone have already moved out. My cat went missing overnight. It got let out accidentally and the office is closed today. I'm hoping somebody in the complex found her overnight and was putting a note on the closed office door when in employee came up and said I was an allowed to do that. And that management would take it down in the morning. I asked how anyone who had my cat might help, and he just re-stated the policy. The office was closed a day this week so they could be trained. I don't think it was in customer service. This is the care we get for the pet fees we pay.

This community is aging and in need of major renovations/repairs! I've lived here for just over 2 years and in that time everything that can fall apart, has. My apartment was flooded due to a burst pipe in the unit above mine. It took almost a year for all repairs to be addressed and they were done poorly! I had to demand that maintenance return to re-repair the same areas of the wall numerous times. The internal doors are old and crumbling, kitchen cabinets barely staying together, aging appliances that either don't work at all and cannot be fixed (trash compactor) or barely work. There are external plumbing issues as well and burst pipes causing us to go without running water seems to happen way too often. I would not recommend moving here.

when we moved in, there was water damage, and mold. There is always noise going on, for example, workers and or activity from neighbors walls are paper thin. Cabinets/ handles falling apar. The gym is quite nice, so is the pool, except they leave the pool open during cold months.

If I could, I would give a negative star! Worst place at maintaining the washers and driers! In the laundry room, 5 washers, there is one that has been broken for almost a year! Nobody is fixing it! 5 driers, only 2 works! One doesn't even spin, the other 2 would never dry your closes unless you only have a small piece of towel inside! They stopped working for half a day on Sunday, why don't you use that labor cost saving to fix the washer and driers?!!

They never went over the lease with us, they don't communitcate anything with you about there facilites, my carpet smelled like urine when we moved in, we have holes all over our walls and bathtub, I missed a days worth of work so they can come clean my carpet and fix my air conditioner only for them to not show up. Their park system is screwed up. This is the worst apartment I have lived in.

Ive been here for over a year and so far so good. Its comfortable and for the most part, quiet. I have not had any problems with anything. My daughter likes the treats in the office. We will be here for a bit. :)

I have had a lot of trouble with my A/C all summer. The apartments recently got a new supervisor who came right in and figured out the problem. I have always liked the office staff but the old supervisor was not very good. Now that my A/C is fixed I will be staying for another 6 months.

I just moved in. It's my first place and I love it!!! I'm beyond happy with my choice. My apartment is spacious and the community is pretty quite. I was so nervous it being my first apartment and all, but the ladies in the office were so wonderful at reassuring me and they were right! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to live on this side of town and not pay an arm and leg.
