This is one of the cleanest gyms I've been in. This is thanks to George who works tirelessly to clean and maintain the equipment. It is a testament to George you will rarely find equipment out of order. For such a large facility this is amazing. Whatever they are paying George, they should double it. The trainers are friendly, and have on occasion offered words of support and input. The front desk clerks are a bit clueless. This is partially due to very antiquated software. Yes, you need to fill out a PAPER form to update your credit card info. lolThe filth is caused by the members. I truly wish they would post a large sign in the sink area:"Hey Sloppy Boy, Yes, You.RINSE YOUR SINK AFTER SHAVINGRINSE YOUR SINK AFTER TEETH BRUSHINGPULL YOUR NASTY HAIR BALL OUT OF THE SINK WHEN DONEDO NOT SPIT YOUR GUM IN THE URINALS.PUT A TOWEL DOWN ON THE BENCH BEFORE PLACING YOUR NASTY ASS DOWN.YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL. YOU ARE A DISGUSTING HUMAN. NO ONE IS INTERESTED IN YOUR FILTH."Thank You, The Management

I have only had headaches since I rejoined April 2023. From previous employee Brooke, to Oliver, to several others I will update once or if I get a rectification. There are many competitors in the community, I would go to one of those.

Pretty standard gym with an outrageous monthly fee. I've been to a couple other gyms around town, and Sports & Wellness is more expensive by almost 10x the price with pretty much the same amenities. I've noticed a lot of the equipment tends to be pretty rickety and old, and during the summer months, it's so hot inside. Not the best place to work out.

Excellent staff and facilities! Everyone is nice, and helpful. We love the classes and that we can go to several locations in the area.

Automatic membership renewal even if you pay annually and make multiple requests to end after one year . NMSW does not care to maintain your membership and would rather stack fees and not inform previous member. We also have a joint membership and we were charged twice for the same family member , once in Colorado and then a family membership in NM and refuse to look further into it or refund . They now are adding more classes for fees and sign up fees . We are done with NMSW

Great local gym. Family oriented lots of space, clean dressing rooms. Love the events y'all throw.

If you want to workout in a day care this is the place for you. Want to watch a kid's swim meet or kids running around the gym, here is your place. This has become a daycare and not a gym. I am looking elsewhere as it is gotten out of control. There are kids swim meets, summer day care, kids open swim, basketball, etc. Despite signs saying no kids 16 and under that is not the case. It is ridiculous at this point. It is too much money for me to consider going here any longer. I am not a babysitter. I can't use the pool most times because of swim meets, summer day camp, etc. Unreal.

I came to sign up for a membership to use the pool, and my representative Steven was amazing! He gave me a tour of the gym, and told me about all the amenities. The facilities are so clean, and the staff are all friendly. Proud to be a part of this gym!

The cleanliness is disgusting. The glass on the hot tub and sauna doors looks like a dog has slobbered all over it. Makes one question the cleanliness of other areas...

Excellent facility. Big enough so even in peak hours (around 5) you are not cramped. Sometimes the racks in the weightlifting part get filled up, but even peak hours wait a bit and they open up.Only reason I did not give a five is due to the cliental. Not all of course most are very nice but...The sauna is a hot sauna not tipid like many are, so you work up a sweat just sitting there. Two days ago some younger guy decided to exercise heartfully in it. Being cramped as saunas are of course his sweat went on me, and I guess all the rest in there.Sign of the times I guess and not the facilities fault, nowadays people do tend to be rude at times. Oh well. The facility is really great staff friendly and helpful and kept clean, all sorts of places to exercise and type of equipment.The specility here(each sports and wellness seems to have one) is basketball, Others such as high point theirs is tennis. Plenty of swimming room in and outdoors as well here. Three large heavy bags to hit and kick, always at least one is open. Great HIT room sled all the rest.Pricy sure, worth it....yes it is.
