Unfortunately, they did not improve. I imagine they still haven't got the pool open. Anyway, I had to cancel my membership because I left Albuquerque.... this place needs major help. When they originally responded, they said that they would be in touch and of course they weren't.

It's a 50/50 chance the workers show up on time to open the doors. 3rd time in the past month they did not open within 30 minutes of their scheduled 430am during the week. Also very dirty areas. Most mornings there is a nice layer of dust on everything (most likely from the heaters turning on). I've spoke with multiple members and they said they have emailed and complained without a call back. This location is a clear reflection of the management.

despite the welcoming nature of the employees and the gym, i feel like there are some easy fixes that would make the members experience much more enjoyable for some reason the ladies restroom stall doors have the largest gaps between the doors making it a little awkward when passing by... also in the restroom the paper towel dispensers are abnormally high causing water to run down your arms when reaching for a paper towel, and the chances that the dispensers even have paper towels in them is very slim. The last thing is the stretching mats- Everyday when wiping a spot down, the wipe comes up black. It's really gross... which three employees standing at the desk at all times it would be helpful if the mats were sanitary. these are all very easy issues to fix which is why i still recommend

Staff is really nice and helpful, not over priced for the amount of amenities that come with the membership. Only inconvenient thing I can think of this amount it costs for a day price at that point you're better off just signing up. But other then that would recommend to friends

Pretty good gym, have been a member for years but the last few years there has really been some drawbacks from shutting down amenities, not cleaning the sauna, and reduced hours are terrible midnight should still be their hours

Cannot get into contact with ANYONEEEE. I'm trying to cancel my membership because my husband is in the military and we moved out of state. I have called the corporate number NUMEROUS TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have called the gym themselves and always get told 'we'll call you back' and no one calls me back. I can't go down to the gym because I no longer live here!!! Do not join this gym they have TERRIBLE customer service

I'm a long time member. I went a couple of weeks ago and was in the pool area when a man started yelling at me. It turns out he has started trouble with other members but he's still a member. I reported him to thr manager. I told him I wouldn't be going back to this location even t hough I've been going for a long time. I was asked t o describe the man and one of the detail staff told me he knows who it is. He said this man even yelled at your front desk workers. The million dollar question is why is this man still a member??

Body Punp classes would be much more enjoyable and competitive with other gyms if the equipment was updated to the Les Mills Smart bars. This it the only location in town that has outdated equipment. Please consider new equipment

Management. I travel from Santa Fe because Defined doesn't open till 4:30 if there are reliable staff to open! Show up at 5:00 am completely closed. Drive to Juan Tabo and they're closed as well. Just might have to get a Planet Fitness membership because myself or many others shouldn't t have to pay for a gym that isn't open on a Wednesday morning!

I wouldn't call this facility "handicapped friendly" or even "wheelchair accessible".
