Had a reservation for two on Saturday. Received a confirmation email and text at 3:00 PM Saturday afternoon. Appeared at the restaurant 5 minutes before our reservation time to find the place dark and the parking lot empty. New Mexico True, que no?

I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Tapas is my favorite type of restaurant and this is the best place I've had in the U.S. Kennedy helped us out and she was phenomenal and hilarious! The chef even came over to introduce herself.I tried the Poblano Flameado which was phenomenal, the pinchos were so cheesy and drool worthy, we got the Gambas A La Plancha, and again best shrimp I've had in a long time. The Higos y Barriga was delicious, strong in taste of fig balsamic.I lastly ordered the Manchen Frito, I personally enjoyed it but it was an interesting combination with the guava which some of my party didn't love.Either way, I absolutely this place will certainly come back. A little pricey but for a night out or date night it's worth it

Just an FYI: tried to go here for an anniversary dinner. Checked the website, Instagram, Yelp, and google, which all said the location was open. Uses open table to book a reservation. When we got to the location, it stated the location was currently closed for remodeling. Oh well. Hopefully they open up again soon so we can actually go and try this place!

Debajo James, Brooke, James, Brooke who do I love the most? You two and Jacqueline made our visit so much fun! Hard working but still had time to smile and chat. Your personality are excellent. We had lots of different small plates and our two favorites, the shrimp, and scallops but everything was perfect. A lot of great flavors and it was like a circus in my mouth, lol, they also had a good Spanish wine list.I WOULD RECOMMEND

Excellent. Little irked with my server telling me they close in 5 mins when another table was sat at 8:59p. So I was only able to order the charcuterie the shrimp and pork belly. However they were perfectly on point. I will go back a 3rd time just to make sure I love it as much as I do right now :)

Pros: very kind service. Although perhaps our order was misplaced, took a minute to get correct. Lil, our server was positive and sweet! Very interesting, tasty fried cheese dish. Ambiance outside was beautiful.Cons: chewy rib eye, chewy calamari, old papas fritas, lack luster-tasteless croquettas Bottom line, the food here isn't very good.

Amazing food and great service. They have their own parking lot and a great vibe. Cool drink menu, unique offering of classic dishes. Pro tip: ask for Kennedy, she is a greater server ‍

No one can beat this tapas place! Cozy, great service and unique tapas offerings.... Go for dessert too!!!

Made a reservation for 4. We were all a bit hungry but not starving. Everything we had tasted pretty good, especially the pork belly, but all four of us left feeling a bit hungry. That didn't correlate much to the check, which ended up being quite expensive for what we got.The chicken pasta specifically was tough to take seriously--if you offer something like that for $25, I'm expecting more than a few little cuts of chicken and bites of pasta. each dish just felt like it was 4-10 bucks more than it should've been, which adds up when you're doing tapas.

Have been trying to support Mulas, but Mulas menu just doesn't excite us. However, if Debajo's menu were at Mulas, we would be there ALL the time! Debajo is sooo good, so many excellent choices and reasonably priced.
