Tech guy was great, however they provided a service for my parents and charged them over 300.00 to snake out two drains. A couple of days later their washer backed up so we called thinking they would do right by the service they provided and come out to do the job right, but they said they would need to charge my parents again to fix the issue, keep in mind my parents are senior citizens we asked for their money back if they couldn't come and fix the job they didn't do correctly and denied the request. Worst experience ever NEVER NEVER call them for any plumbing concerns. They don't do the job correctly and when asked to come fix it they'll charge you again very disappointed.

I had them come and unclog a drain. It took them two hours and two people of course I got charged for that.. I was unhappy with their service. I called them the same day 5-22 to talk to a service manager . I went out of town never heard back so I called when them because it was still not working. I talked to the service manager and of course he never got my message .He laughed at me and said they will not come out and fix the original issue unless I pay more money.. and told told me we should just go our separate ways and when I asked multiple times for his name, he did not give it. Now, my uncle who lives in the house who is mentally retarded has to pay for another plumber. He also said I never got the message. Below is a picture of my call. I had a $22,000 mini split installed a year ago. It has been nothing but a headache. Leaking through my roof, the heads don't cool and they leak water. The condensers are loud and were never leveled. There are bubbles in the lines and the list goes on. They do as little as possible to repair things and when I called to have them come out today I was refused service because it's been a year and they won't work on my system. HORRIBLE SERVICE! On the install they promised to remove the old furnace and they back peddled on that too. They take your money and run!

Incompetent and poor customer service. 3 months into job and still not done. Owner will not return calls, hiding behind the people he has answering phones. When selling the job he would answer immediately. Just another one of those bad contractors they were talking about in the news... Do not fall for thier sales tactics!!!! They don't even know how to pull the correct permits for the job much less do it!!!!!

Great experience! I had a dryer vent that disconnected in the wall, which was discovered when I hired another company to clean it. Mike was on time, friendly, and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and was happy to show me what the problem was, and how he fixed it. While he had to cut into my drywall, the hole he made was as small as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had a leak under our bathroom sink over the weekend. We reached out to day & night and they were able to get someone out on Tuesday. The estimated timeframe was between 3 and 5. I got a call around 11 that the plumber was ahead of schedule and they asked if he could come early. I was already excited about that. Nothing is better than someone being able to come early lol. Well once Antonio got here, he got straight to work. He fixed the leak in a matter of minutes. The cost was less than I imagined it would be. I will absolutely call Day & Night the next time I need a plumber. Thank you!

I used Day and Night for a swamp cooler to refrigerated air change over. Overall good company and good service. They came out to give a free quote and go over things such as the electrical, if your panel is ok and take a look at where you want to place the unit etc, check your furnace and make sure it will work and recommend the wattage/power of AC or type of unit it will accommodate, check for placement of the unit and where it can go. I believe the man that came out was Chris. He was knowledgeable and informative without giving me too much information that I personally didn't need. (I went through a lot of quotes with companies and some gave me WAY more info than I needed).Pros: -Came out on day one (said it would be a two day job) got all they needed to done-Were professional, wore shirts with their logos (important to me to recognize who is coming to my door and that they are there for what they say they are).-After the initial miscommunication for the electrician not showing up, the ladies who answered the phone for the company were very apologetic and said they would see to it that everything was in order for the rescheduled day. The electrician was also very apologetic for no one having reached out to me.-Have had the AC unit for about a 1.5 months now. Seems like a quality unit.Cons: -They don't wear booties, this may be nit picky and I let it go but I truly dislike anyone in and out of my house dragging the outside in, but especially working professionals. -There seemed to be some big miscommunications: °On day one of work the guys came out and seemed very surprised by where I wanted the unit placed in relation to where the electrical was. They said they were not told much about the job. This didn't turn out to be a big deal even though I was worried they were going to try to charge me more- they didn't. °On what was supposed to be day 2 the electrician and the the tech that was there on day one were supposed to come out. I confirmed the time with the tech on day one about what time he'd show up in the morning. Waited around the house and 1.5hrs after they were supposed to have arrived no one had showed up, no call, nothing. I called the company and was told the electrician had not come to work. It was pretty frustrating that no one called me to let me know. They got me scheduled for the next week. °2nd miscommunication was when the electrician showed up on the make up day he at first told me he was going to have to open up the wall where my panel was and run the electrical through the roof and there would be a hole that I would be responsible for patching and "did they tell you that?" Nope. It was never mentioned when they came out with the quote. He was able to find a different solution and used an electrical connection that is a working fix for now and a possible future issue for a kitchen outlet.

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED - they cost me time and $$$. My water bill told me I had a leak and I called them to investigate. On Tuesday, Mike discovered an issue with the swamp cooler but after I mentioned it was likely bigger than than he discovered a leak in the main water line which took over a section of the crawlspace, messy and muddy like you wouldn't believe. Water was turned off so that they could attempt a repair but they left without giving me an update as to when they'd be back for next steps. I have to call after-hours just after 5 to understand what's next and happening. They then tell me the water will be off for days! I put my tenants into hotels immediately and wait for next steps. I call them Wednesday around 4:30 leaving a message for an update and don't hear back. Thursday, I have to call them (two days later from their initial visit) to see what they say and they mention it's likely still wet and I'm like well let me get dehumidifiers down there. Imagine that! Me trying to trouble shoot with the professionals. They say they have fans so they'll bring them out the next day (they attempted to bring out within the hour but why didn't they do this from day one??) Friday, next day they show up with the two of the most simple fans and I have to laugh thinking you did not have me wait since Tuesday for this. I get Servepro on it with the dehumidifiers which they promise will dry everything out in two days which it does. I let Day and Night know this and they agree to come back the following Tuesday afternoon when I mention everything will be ready for them to work Monday.Come Monday I have TLC come out, quote me, ready to work Tuesday am. When I called TLC I tell you they were understanding concerned for my tenants being out of place, a world of difference when communicating with Michelle. She was nice but between her and the team there was a lack of communication, sense of urgency, and plan to have to work done while I have a hotel bill running daily. For Day and Nights services without any fixed plumbing and my troubleshooting to help them get back in topped $1000, imagine that. I asked several times prior to me canceling them (once I had TLC lined up) about charges and they never mentioned any dollar amount just dating the total would go towards the repair. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for a big job, just go to folks that will get it done with a plan from the get go. My invoice for work not completed is nearly the cost of the job had it been done BUT it wasn't. How does that make sense? Buyer beware.

Absolutely terrible service. Called for a sink installation, got a reasonable quote, set up an appointment, and three trips later I have had to call another company to fix their work. The first guy that came in was asking for reviews before he did anything. He left a sloppy job and had to come back the next day because he didn't have all the parts he needed. 2nd time he came in we were left with a huge leak. They sent in another employee(who coincidentally happens to have the same name as somebody leaving them 4 star reviews) he "fixed" the leak but left us with more problems and an unusable dishwasher. They offered to fix their mistake for another $450. When we told them absolutely not, they offered to lower the cost slightly. We got our issue resolved with another company for a fraction of the "reduced rate" they gave us to correct their own mistake.
