Let me just say that the New Mexico Dawg which includes cheddar cheese, grilled onion, and green chili on a grilled flour tortilla is amazing. The best way to track down this food truck is their instagram page @DawgsForACause tonight's pause. Is Stand True 4 BlueI would have taken a picture of my New Mexico Dawg, but I hate it too fast!

Drives 10-15 under the limit on a two lane rd no one can pass on. Drags a line of 10+ cars behind never considering pulling off to let them pass. They never once even approached the speed limit, and slowed massively at every curve. If you can't even drive, I don't trust your food.

Declared a NM COVID Safe Certified Food TruckThis food truck is AWESOME!! They donate a portion of their proceeds to different LOCAL charitable organizations throughout the year. As if that weren't worth the shot on its own, let's talk about those dawgs. They are absolutely divine! I know right?! Hot dogs...divine??? Who even says that?? Me! That's who. And everyone else I've talked into trying them. My absolute favorite is their chili cheese dog. The chili is bomb and the hot dog is perfectly prepared, plump and tasty!! My husband is a super fan of their Chicago dog. We generally catch them when they're at Casa Vieja in Corrales (which is a great watering hole), but they also go to other establishments around the city.

Just had this at the Rio Rancho Fall Festival and they were super nice and great hot dogs.
